I was there yesterday for my appointment thinking I was there for my follow up with Dr Travis. Well it was another provider that met me at the door with out introducing himself as to who he was . I didn’t think that was professional. Looked at my toes clipped them and trimmed them which really was painful! Then another doctor came in without introducing himself and started talking to me informing me that the process of improving my toenail fungus is a long process and told me to put the cream on at night thin layer But I feel they should have introduced themselves as to who they were since Dr Travis was not there I guess???? Not very happy my toe look the same after my hammer toe surgery…only thing I was told is just a toe …is scar tissue ….????

Dr Travis and staff are absolutely awesome ! They care about your problem w no pain! I would recommend him for anyone!

I have been going to both doctors in this office for a few years and have had only positive experiences and satisfaction at getting the needed help.

Their website claims "same day appointments available" but actually there is a two wait for the first available appointment. (As of 11 November 2019) If their first contact with a potential patient is not true how can they be trusted with your medical care?

I have enjoyed this very down to earth doctor.

Dr. Troy removed my ingrown toenail. It was painless and easy!! He sprayed cold spray while he injected in 2 areas in the knuckle area. That is where the nerves are. We waited 5 minutes and my toe was completely numb. He cut it out and what a sharp piece it was. I go back in 2 weeks to have an acid type cream put in the back by the cuticle to kill that part from growing back. The sides just heal up and come up to meet the nail. I just have a skinnier nail from side to side now. The office is pretty and clean. The staff are very nice. They got me in the same day. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.
