Had the sling done and she was amazing both pre and post. Great listener, attentive and kind.
Negative experience. I have a rare form of vulvodynia diagnosed by another doctor. Dr. Capes kept acting like the pain was all in my head. She is not nearly as educated as she should be in vulvar and vestibular pain. I hope another patient like me doesn't get treated as if the pain is "in their head." So glad I found a different doctor who is more educated in this space and was able to correctly diagnose me with Congenital Neuroproliferative Vestibulodynia. Negative experience. Dr Capes, and her PA Erica are excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, I get botox for overactive bladder she is gentle when doing the procedure. Talks me through it. She is highly recommended.

She's wonderful. So much care and listens well.
Tracy Capes was very rude and ineffectual. Was sarcastic when I asked if I could have IC and said I should see a gyno. because I might have cancer. Didn't have any cancer after having an ultrasound done and my diagnosis from another urologist was irritable bladder which she should of been able to diagnosis.

Dr. Capes is very friendly and answers all questions. Nothing is too embarrassing to ask she will answer and not have you feeling uncomfortable at all. Excellent doctor that's for sure!
