Initially saw Dr. Vaughn almost two years ago. She never did any due diligence, performing surgery on me without ever even scoping me or doing a CT scan to investigate. She put tubes in my ears that I never needed. Today, under a new doctor, I finally had a CT scan that showed myriad severe sinus problems that could have been addressed back in 2020 if only Dr. Vaughn had bothered to look. Would not recommend. Diagnosis seemed knee jerk. Performed a surgery based on this diagnosis that, while competently executed, did nothing to remedy the problem because the real problem was never thoroughly investigated.

Office is nice. Staff is nice initial visit was great but Dr vaughn hasn’t given me the care I need. I left her office with a severe throat and ear infection that she failed to treat. I was forced to go to urgent care where I eventually got the treatment I needed. She does not respond to messages left on portal or when called into office.
