Dr. Tsai is an amazing doctor and one that I highly recommend! I called, as a new patient, with concerns about my natural pregnancy and Dr. Tsai answered all of my questions and even saw me the same day. He has helped me with all my anxiety with being pregnant and his bed-side manner is spectacular!

Dr Tsai has been a great listener who will take his time to understand your personal case and treat you accordingly. Working in a health field it is often hard to trust someone's opinion when you understand everything that is going on. So this experience sometimes makes me feel that if you don't mention your profession you will be treated like you don't know anything and they often give you the short end of the stick. On the flip side, if you tell them about your profession then they may expect you to provide the care for yourself. The thing that I loved about the New York Fertility Center was that as soon as I met Dr. Tsai, I felt that I could stop being a medical professional and start being a patient.Just that alone took a lot away from my stress and I feel that this is the reason I have made it so far in the process towards conceiving. I finally was able to receive IVF after 3 years of trying and 2 other fertility specialists that just couldn't meet my standards. 2 of those facilities from well known clinics. This experience was amazing and personal.

I suffer from an autoimmune issue and have struggled to conceive naturally. After a failed FET cycle at a major university hospital in NYC, I sought Dr. Tsai for a second opinion. He addressed my autoimmune condition and prescribed the appropriate medication / protocol to address it - after my second FET transfer, I am pregnant! Highly recommend Dr. Tsai - he's incredibly patient and thoroughly explained what he believed were contributing factors for my infertility. Dr. Tsai, has been working with my husband and I for 2 years. I have infertility due to PCOS and Vaginismus. I am on my second IUI and I have high hopes that this will work because Dr. Tsai is there every step of the way. My treatment for my Vaginismus has been a journey but one that I feel has been handled extremely well. Usually most OBGYN do not treat or even believe in Vaginismus, this is not the case with Dr. Tsai. His staff is well trained to work with my vaginismus and they are very encouraging through the whole process. Overall for both fertility and vaginismus, this is the best doctor to come to it for your treatment.

This is my first time doing ivf. Although the first cycle wasn't a success, we put our trust on Dr. Tsai and his staff. It was a hard process to b in but we didn't stop from trying again. We ent again and our second cycle was a success.

Dr. Tsai made sure my husband and I understood the IVF process very clearly before we made a decision to go ahead. All the costs for IVF was explained in detail and all our questions were answered. After going to many institutions, I finally found a Dr. Tsai who understood my Hashimotos condition and obstacles to getting pregnant. He addressed them and I was able to get pregnant and stay pregnant. After 5 years and half years of trying, I was able to get pregnant. My family is so thankful to the staff and Dr. Tsai.

My experience with Dr Tsai was great. I am 42 and I had been able to get pregnant but had 3 miscarriages. Dr Tsai wanted me to get pregnant on my own again and then he would help me try to keep my pregnancy through the use of intralipids and progesterone shots. I am currently 6 weeks pregnant and heard the heartbeat today and that is the furthest I've ever gotten in a pregnancy. It was great to see Dr Tsai get excited about it too. I appreciate that he didn't immediately recommend IVF and wanted to try the natural route one more time. I cannot be happier with my experience.

Dr. Tsai has been great from my first appointment. He was very honest with me and helped me to understand what was going on with my body. He was very ready to explain anything I didnt understand and the explanations were very detailed. He helped me and my husband every step of the way in trying to conceive, and didn't rush to do expensive or invasive procedures, he really focused on what was necessary and efficient, making those the priority. I'm happy to say our time with Dr. Tsai was successful and we're very thankful for the baby we were able to conceive. Should I have any problems in the future, I will definitely be coming back.
