Hello, I just wanted to share my most experiences with any patients who wants to considered doing procedure with dr.pham. Dr. pham is really nice and professional. But the receptionist who works for him , her name is Bernice is the most rudest, Unprofessional, and unempathetic to the patients I had my inplant done 5 years ago with dr Pham. And just recently 2 monthd ago I had a reconsultation with dr pham again for removal bc I am going through intense back pain and my dr suggested I downsize or remove completely. Dr Pham said whenever I am ready jist call him and talked to him. I called and his receptionist talked to me. She said its booked and I have to wait until appt is opened. I understand the wait list. However , the way she talked to me is very rude. She said it doesnt matter if I talked to the dr, she is in control of everything. And she shus you up while you are talking. Her tone is so obnoxious and loud. Just because now there are alot of clients and you are fully booked, you dont have to treat or talk to your patients in that nasty tone. I asked for dr pham to call me , bc he told me on my visit if I need urgently due to my back pain, Just call him. I told Bernice this and she replied it doesn’t matter if I talked to the dr, she is the one who controls everything. A receptionist who sounds like she is the boss of the dr. And just bc you are busy now , You dont treat patients that way. When you are slow you sound nice, And when you are busy you snap at patients hat way??? I feel sorry for Dr Pham hiring someone with lack of professional communication, empathy, Consideration! I am in pain and I need assistance. If she doesnt have a slot for me, at lease say something like , she will try to put me on urgency if anyone cancels. This would be a better way. Dr. Pham , you need to watch out for her attitude. You let her behave and talk like this to your patients. She needs coaching and warning for her attire and communication. Ia sorry to say I am not going back because of your staff. Dr. Pham is great at his craft. I breastfeed all three of my children. I have never been happy with my breast shape. I am only one week post op and I feel sexy and they look amazing. I feel so pretty and shapely. Thank you so much Dr. Pham. I felt I was in good hands and you are definitely highly regarded. I will be recommending you to my dear friends who seek surgery. I had a BA with Dr. Pham in 2018 it turned out excellent! Very natural look. Dr. Pham was incredible afterwards as well checked in on me daily with phone calls for almost a week. Didnt ever try to upsell me at all! Was honest and felt extremely comfortable with him. Have referred seval people to who him and they've had great experiences as well! Dr Pham has made my surgery experience from start to finish very comfortable. He was very efficient with giving me the best recommendations to my breast implants replacement and lift needs. I would recommend him to anyone in need of plastic surgery.

I developed capsular contracture right after breast augmentation and he didnt seem too concerned about it. He just told me to keep massaging it. He does not know how to deal with any complications at all. He is not the best doctor, so please be careful and do your research before making a decision. Before I met with Dr. Pham I went to some other supposedly highly trained Bay Area plastic surgeons for consultations and got a fake vibe. Upon my first meeting with Dr. Pham I found him instantly caring, genuine and very approachable. Being Yale trained I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to answer all of my questions and did I have a lot! I had several procedures done all at once and I absolutely loved my results!!! His office staff is also very friendly and that matters to me a lot as well. I cannot recommend Dr. Tony Pham enough.
