Extremely unprofessional. He made me wait for more than an hour in a video visit and didn't show up. This happened two times. In one of the calls, he cancelled after an hour. He totally wasted all of my time which I am thinking he doesn't value.

Terrible experience. Dr. is always in rush and not paying attention to what you say just forcing you to do the sleep study and sell their service. He is always late to the appointments even for one phone appointment I had to wait for more than one hour and a half to get the call! very unresponsive and unorganized office team. I confirmed with the office that the service is all covered by insurance and got bills of thousands of dollars and nobody answer my calls from the office. Log story short I paid about $2K and the no useful results for the study! The Dr. said we knew from beginning the home study doesn't give us what we are looking for! my question: So why did you make me do this if you knew from the beginning? But guess what? Despite running late, Dr. Masri always takes the time to listen and really problem-solve with you. I have seen a lot of different sleep doctors since I move extensively and Dr. Masri is extremely competent, helpful, and great at communication.

Dr. Masri thinks his time is more valuable than is patients and runs an extremely unorganized office. After 50 minutes of waiting for Dr. Masri, I left. There was still one patient ahead of me and the receptionist could not guarantee he would be able to see me within two hours of my appointment time. She assured me that he is usually late.

I am high risk for COVID (age, asthma, diabetes, high BP, overweight) and this business refused to work with me to limit my exposure. I saw Dr. Masri. I asked them to mail me a machine... no. Other sleep businesses send someone to your house to set-up the machine... not this business. Plus, they kept wanting another appt to talk, but nothing had changed. They charged my insurance every time though. This is a for profit business, they don’t really care about the humans they are supposed to be treating. And they don’t really care about exposing High risk patients to COVID.

I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Masri after the sleeping test. After I waited for a while, he spent very little time on my appt. He even didn't go over my sleep study with me or tell me my AHI, and only asked me if I had any questions. My previous doctors always went over the report with me. Also, when my CPAP machine broke, the earliest appt was 13 days later and would charge a visit fee to meet the technician. All these issues never happened with my previous doctors.

He is an excellent physician. Friendly and professional.

Only meet him at one visit after going to the clinic for over 6 months.
