I had an amazing experience. She checked all of my moles, and removed some skin tags.

I had a rash and she prescribed a cream that stopped the itching and it’s almost all gone! I would definitely recommend her and use her again for future dermatology needs.

PA acts in the best interest of the patient and is very caring.

Been to the Plainview office twice this week. First time for a cyst removal and then a follow up 2 days later. Seems like this office values my time as well as their own. My first appointment was at 8:30. And with check in, paperwork, Dr Gratch doing the procedure and Mary (PA) doing the dressing, I was back in my car by 10:05. Simply amazing. My 2nd visit was scheduled for 9:40 with PA Ashley. Since I arrived a little early I was called in before my scheduled time and was back in my car by 10:00. It’s a bit odd that I’m reviewing on-time performance rather than quality of service but I have spent waaaayyyy too much time sitting in waiting rooms waiting for the doctor and this level of honoring MY time was just extraordinary. And the care and professionalism exhibited by Dr Gratch, Mary and Ashley gives the Plainview office an A+ Rating from me.

Good people and helpful and I will be continuing to go to MDCS

Dr. Scotti was extremely thorough with our visit, making sure all my dermatological concerns were addressed.

Very minimal wait time, Dr. Penzi was very kind and listened to all of my concerns/asked good questions. I feel comfortable with her treatment plan for my issue.

Dr. Gratch put me at ease. I went in for an initial consult and immediately noticed his professionalism and caring demeanor. He is very knowledgeable. I will definitely return to the practice to see Dr. Gratch.

I was so impressed with Dr. Penzi and the entire MDCS office. They were able to see me quickly, the office was clean and well managed, everyone on staff was warm and friendly, and the doctor was helpful, kind and competent. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Had Mohs surgery done a little over a month ago. Dr. Tinklepaugh explained every step of the procedure as he was performing it. The scar is healing nicely and I think will eventually blend in.

Dr. Adar is professional, personable, and has to be one of the best in his field. His procedures are painless and quick. I’ve had a few pre-cancerous procedures spotted by Dr. Gratch and removed by Dr. Adar. By the time you ask him if he is starting, he’s almost done. Love their team and thankful for them both at MDCS!

He had a refreshing enthusiasm and although my surgery had to be rescheduled, he took the time to explain insurance procedures and to look me over and take care of a few abnormalities while I was there. I liked him and his PA, Nor, very much.

This was the first time I was there! I have to say that I was very impressed with Dr.Adar and his staff! The receptionist, Christ, was so very warm and friendly and kind! I had a little surgery on 11/13 . The staff was great , Dr Adar explained everything and made it a pleasant experience. I will be switching from my current dermatologist to his office. I highly recommend him .

Came to this office to do my 3rd session of PRP hair loss prevention therapy. I had done my 2 other sessions with another doctor. Reason I came to see Dr. Adar was because I had heard great things about the experience there and I was not very happy with my first two sessions with my original doctor. Boy what a difference!!! First off extremely professional and clean environment. During the procedure I saw a significant difference in how much pain I was experiencing, honestly I was cringing from pain with my first doctor office... but with Tony... The man has magical hands, procedure was done 4 hours ago and I almost have 0 pain!!! Also it was a lot faster here than the other place, he is a pro I was in and out. Tony your awesome brother! Dr. Adar is very caring. He possesses extensive knowledge in his field. He helped me with an issue that other dermatologists couldn’t help with and I am very happy with the results. His skill is excellent. The office is clean. The staff is wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Adar.

I was extremely impressed with Dr Adar's knowledge and his painless methods of injecting Botox and as specially mixed "cocktail" of dissolving ingredients to remove filler I had injected by another doctor several months before. I was very glad that he decided to remove the old filler in several stages in order to give me the best outcome.
