Dr. Toni Jo Biese Neal

I am a FORMER patient. I recently called in to make an appointment, and was rudely told that I missed an appointment, therefore, I must pay a cancellation fee, BEFORE anyone would talk to me about the future. Didn't even know I missed an appointment. I NEVER would have. Diabetic and foot care is soooo important. Then I get a billing from their Illinois billing office. Explained to them. They said they would write off. Then within 15 minutes got a call, saying I MUST pay this billing. I tried to call Dr Toni herself, but was rudely told she does NOT handle billing and to call Illinois again. I was told Dr. Toni would NOT be given the MESSAGE. I was initially referred to Neal by Theda Care Physicians. Don't go there...RUDE RUDE RUDE. Theda Care has been informed as well....

Dr. Neal and Dr. Ann Lange did my foot surgeries back in 2018 and I have permanent damage and pain on both feet that they caused. When I went back to Dr. Neal to ask what could be done she basically said she didn't remember my surgeries and that they had no culpability. I left disgusted and never went back.

Met Dr Neal for the first time today. Wow, she’s amazing. Very friendly and down to earth. Took the time to listen to my concerns, took care of my problem, gave great preventative care. She knows her stuff and cares about helping you. I had s great experience and will absolutely recommend my family and friends to see her if they need to. Thanks for taking such good care of me Dr Neal.

Fantastic! Dr. Neal has not only saved my life but also my foot! Very busy office but always has time to get to know her patients.

Dr. Neal has a wonderful & compassionate bedside manner. She was very caring, knowledgeable & put me to ease. She helped me with a bad case of plantar fasciitis and some shoe inserts. I would recommend this doctor to anyone!

Dr. Neal is down earth and really listens to what your concerns are. She takes the time with each patient to make sure that you are comfortable with the health decision you make. Excellent service and I am very happy with my visit.

Allowing her and her partner to do surgery on my foot was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. I'm now dealing with a living nightmare.
