I have been going to Ascension Borgess Plainwell, seeing Dr. Saad for over 30 years. His professional doctor skills are exceptional and he is a very compassionate person. Not only me but my mom, dad and sister sees him too. You would not be disappointed if you chose to schedule with him! ????

Yes very attentive to patient listens. To your concerns as well Melissa his nurse they make a great team don’t wait forever to get seen heard retiring a few years that’s my only complaint! Well deserved I’m thinking

From my personal experience and that of people I know well, this physician believes in the power of prescriptions. So much so that he chased me into the parking lot to insist on samples that I had already declined, and was treating my friend with over 30 prescriptions, leaving her in an almost responsive state. A new doctor and elimination of all his prescriptions has restored her health. She has been denied access to her records or any of his staff -- not an appropriate behavior for a man who has nothing to feel guilty about.

A physician's you can trust to tell you the truth and guide you through anything in life.

Asked for second opinions, Dr Saad uses cursing language in hospital rooms toward patients, discharges me as a patient so I could not get a second opinion. Filed a complaint, administrator acts as if it was my fault that the doctor used cursing language and played his system against me out of pure spite. Dr. Hibma is one of the only physicians there worth his weight. Steer clear of BFM! If I could give him zero stars I would. After my daughter being hospitalized because of rsv a day after his 5 minute patient assessment and claiming she had nothing wrong we vowed we would never see him. 2 years later we take her to immediate care for her cough and somewhat labored breathing we get the "priveledge" of coming in contact with him. Zero patients are waiting and she's back in. Only to get another 5 minute patient assessment and instructed to give hee lemon juice and honey. He'slazy!
