This doctor doesn’t seem to have much experience. Do not recommend at all. Office is very unprofessional.

Worst doctor I have ever had an experience with. Kept insisting that he needed to know my problem with my eyes when I just needed to get an eye exam since I hadn’t gone in years to check my eyes. Talked to me like if I was a child, talking over me not letting me answer questions very intimidating sarcastic and rude. Not sure if he was having a bad day and just took it out on me but no one should ever be treated with such disrespect. Not even because I was a new patient would he think to introduce himself and be polite. I left this place without him checking my eyes. A complete waste of time. Worst experience ever. Asked to talk to Dr. Reiter in person refused to talk to us, made us feel we were not worthy of his time. Guess frames are still covered under 1yr manufactured warranty he refused to get them repaired. Not even a courtesy attentionfrom him - bad customer service.

I took my son here, the receptionist/tech is very kind and helpful. The dr is rude although he seems to be good as his job.

Dr. Reiter was great. Very informative and explains everything clearly. I would definitely use him again.

Excellent service. If you want good service and complete eye exam than this is the place. Also, best selection of frames in El Paso.

I got contacts through my insurance and paid for glasses prescription and when I got the copy of it I couldn't read the numbers and when I asked him to decipher them he asked, why would you need that? Ummmm because I PAID for it?? He was insistent I get my glasses there.

PLEASE DO NOT EVEN BOTHER! He is by far the most unprofessional individual. He was rude to staff, belittled me as a patient and insinuated I was under the influence bc I refused to engage in his remarks. He is an embarrassment to the health field.
