Dr. And staff are very professional. Dr. Rau, has the best bed side manners I've ever seen in any Dr. Answers any and all questions I had, and spent as much time with me as I needed, I never felt like he was in a hurry with me.

Dr. Rau is not only a very skilled surgeon, he also has an amazing bedside manner. He and his staff explain all procedures and were open to my multiple visits and phone calls to ensure I chose the right procedure for me. I had a full, Fluer de Leise Tummy Tuck and WOW! I could not be happier.

I had a nose trauma when I was fourteen years old . I’ve always been insecure about the bump on my bridge of nose . I moved to Southern California recently and first thing I did was look for a plastic surgeon. I found Dr.Rau on a google and read his reviews. After my consultation with him I knew he was the right choice for me . He’s incredibly knowledgeable, sensitive and really listened to me about the result I wanted . I decided to go through with my rhinoplasty . I am two weeks post op and feel amazing . Dr.Rau gave me back my old nose and my self confidence. After researching & consulting with over 10 surgeons. It was the easy choice to have Dr Rau complete my tummy tuck. During my consult I originally was thinking of a breast augmentation as well but after discussing what the best course of action would be I decided on just having a tummy tuck now & will revisit the breast augmentation at a later time. This was one of the major deciding factors as Dr Rau took his time explaining everything & going over every question and concern I had regarding these procedures. He explained everything in such great detail I left the consult with 0 additional questions. The entire office staff is amazing, welcoming & you can feel the care they provide each and every patient & even to my husband who has been by my side in this journey. Dr Rau is amazing he is very informative and makes you feel like you have known him forever and makes you feel very comfortable I actually was very relaxed and at ease going into surgery. I just had my surgery yesterday and I’m up and moving around some today as long as I’m on my pain meds. Only bad thing was I had a bad experience coming out of surgery I was woken up to them removing my breathing tube and felt like I threw up bile and them trying to put the bra you have to wear on me and moving me to the bed to take me back to recovery that kinda set me in a uncomfortable state where I couldn’t even really relax in recovery before going home. And I did get a little bit of bruising where they did my iv. I had a great experience and with Dr Rau. I had many consultations before his and i felt he was the only one who was really listening during my vist. The office staff was also amazing. I called the office several times before i made my decision on a surgeon, with lots of questions and they never made me feel like i was a burden but always encouraged to call back if i ever had anymore questions. I’ve had my breast surgery with Dr. Rau on 12/22/2021, and it went very well. He called my fiancé as soon as surgery was done and personally informed him of how it went. I was initially scared to call to make an appointment as I have never had surgery before . Once I gathered up my courage , I was greeted on the phone by a lady Rose who made me feel comfortable and welcome . Upon meeting with Dr Rau, he was very through and friendly . UPDATE: Dr. Rau’s office contacted me after my review and scheduled an appointment to go over my concerns. Not only did he fix the issues I had but he did it with very little added cost to me. He did give me an option that would have corrected the issue with no added cost but it wasn’t the best choice for me. I am now completely happy with my surgery and results. I love the entire staff, so friendly and accommodating. I went to Dr. Rau 11 years ago for breast implants and had such an amazing experience I decided to go back to him when it was time for new implants and a lift. Dr Rau did nothing for my wife. You can not tell that there is any work done on her. I almost feel like he has stolen thousands of dollars from us. Please choose a more skillful surgeon.

I would not recommend this place. They don't seem to care if you are dissatisfied or helping you meet your goals.

Update: my post op care has been less than average. Constant Cancellations and scheduling issues. Seems like the Dr is too busy with new patients. When confronted about the issue I was told to see my primary care provider because my post op care was done anyway (by Nikki). Wow totally disappointed and terrible customer service. So beware, once you're done with surgery don't expect great post op care. Dr Rau went far and beyond with my reconstive surgery. I am so happy with my results. His staff is so caring and kind. I had a deflation emergency! One of my previous saline implants (Done by another Dr.) ruptured unexpectedly. Dr Rau and staff are so friendly and hard working. They really put the hours in with my insurance company to get my much needed surgery.

Dr. Rau did my breast reduction around 10 years ago. Best decision ever. Forever grateful. Went from wearing 4 bras at a time to not even having to wear one at all even after all of these years (although I always do). Would do it all over again if I had to.

Recently had injectables done by Nurse Injector Stella. She is skilled, professional and compassionate. I've had similar procedures at Medi-Spas with nurses before and came out feeling pain during and after treatment and experienced immediate bruising. I decided to try Dr. Rau's office since it's closer to my residence and because they brought on board a Nurse Injector. I was not disappointed and didn't have the same experience that I did before with other R.N 's. I will be seeing her in the future for this procedure. Never too old to have corrections made. That’s what I love about Dr. Rau. His positive energy, his Expertise so I can continue jogging thru life! Dr. Rau very kindly took the time to address all my concerns. His staff are supportive, so welcoming, just a great group of people!
