I have had 5 procedures ( 3 medical and 2 cosmetic )done with Dr Todd Orchard. He is completely amazing. He is very, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, polite, funny, he really listens and understands when your talking to him. His bedside manners are amazing! He explains everything throughly and his knowledge is over the top! If there are different options he lets you know right up front that he could offer. He doesn't push things on you, if you want some time to think about it. He answers all questions you have. Scheduling is easy, office is neat and clean. You never wait long to get into your appointment, longest I've ever waited was under 5 minutes in the waiting room. His staff are very professional, nicest ladies ever from the moment you walk in the door with receptionist. You feel like your important. I never ever felted rushed in any appointments or procedures. Smiles on everyone's faces! My medical or cosmetic (needs or wants) will always be done with Dr. Todd Orchard he has my best interest at heart. I completely trust his knowledge and experience. I will always remember how Dr. Todd made me feel. Like I was not worth his time.

If you’re a breast cancer patient, run. He blames other surgeons for his mistakes, does no post op care until there’s a problem and explains only the surgeries he wants to complete. He botched my mastectomy and I will have subsequent surgeries to repair done in Omaha. Keep on driving.

Dr Orchard is caring and patient, he has a gentle personality that I appreciated him. I met him after being diagnosed with breast cancer. His office opened once on a Sunday for me and was always available to me, we had telehealth phone appointments during Covid 19. I believe in him and he never gave me any reason to question my belief. He is a wonderful plastic surgeon, and I recommend him whole heartedly. I appreciate and thank him.

Very nice and friendly! He cut The cancer off my mom's ear, and had no complications. He explained everything to my mom and to me. Would highly recommend him.

Made 2 visits, still did not look at my ultra sound,he did not do anything to help me, just brought me in said I did not have time to look at your file come back I next week so I made another appointment and he dis the same thing, 500$ for i didnt have time

He botched my wife's double mastectomy. She had to have another Doctor do what he could to repair the damage. My wife has suffered greatly as a result.

I had a breast lift done and wasn’t happy with the results so made the decision to have augmentation done along with liposuction and a tummy tuck! At first I loved my breast augmentation although they were a bit larger than I wanted! One started to sag really bad and didn’t have the density it should have! I got worried thinking one was leaking! I stopped by the office to ask him! He said no we just should have made the pocket it sets in smaller! Why wouldn’t he have done that in the first place?? I now have a breast that looks exactly as it did before my surgery!! I also had skin removal on my arms that look horrible! I wouldn’t recommend him! I paid a lot of money to have the procedures done and it makes me want to cry when I look in the mirror! Dr Orchard (and the two nurses I dealt with) have been absolutely top notch. They have been very professional in dealing with my injury and answering all of my questions. Very courteous and timely on appointments and willing to work with me on the best times for my schedule. They make me feel like they care about me and my concerns and I never felt rushed out of there in my 3 visits so far. Highly recommended! He botched my wife's double mastectomy. She had to have another Doctor do what he could to fix it. My wife suffered greatly as a result. I recommend staying away from him.

He is AMAZING!!!! I had a botched surgery where I had a mastectomy with expanders then implants, had issues the first dr tried to fix but it didn't make the sharp pain when breathing or the uniboob any better. Went to Dr. Orchard and he found the expanders were filled too quickly causing chest deformities (dents) under the implants. He removed the implants and worked with me on fat transfer reconstruction since my chest wall couldn't handle the weight of implants. HE IS THE BEST!!! I recommend!!

Dr Orchard is a wonderful surgeon and his staff are so attentive and professional. I feel welcomed every time I visit and Dr Orchard is always honest, and has my best interest at heart. I recently had some work done & I am amazed and impressed by the work he has done. The office is always clean and the wait time is minimal. I couldn't have chose a better surgeon! By far hand down best doctor went in with back pain i asked about a tummytuck he s said it should help. So after a year of having the surgery in still pain free, Dr.Orchard has the best need side manners of any doctor. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Orchard is a friendly person. However, he did not explain any of the complications associated with mastectomy and reconstruction. He blew right through the options and directed me toward immediate reconstruction. Never mentioned the very strong likelihood that I would develop capsular contraction on the breast that had previously undergone radiation. Never mentioned post-mastectomy pain syndrome.

I had a very scary experience with Dr. Orchard. I had been diagnosed with breast cancer and needed to have a bilateral mastectomy. I was only 38 at the time and chose to have implants. I had one breast that didn't take and became infected. It was removed and replaced 2 more times. After the removal of the last implant, I became very ill. I repeatedly went to his office with stomach pains and an incision site that was not healing and appeared to be getting worse. I was loosing weight and had black dead skin on my body. On 2 of the visits, I even asked for the wound to be cultured when the antibiodics that I had been given that was to cover "a broad spectrum of infections" wasn't working. He did not do any testing and just gave me more of the same medicines. Feeling weaker and scared, I went to my regular doctor. He quickly did tests that confirmed a misdiagnosed MRSA staph infection. After the wound was cleaned, I had a hole in my chest the size of a quarter. Doctors were not sure how long or if the hole in my chest would close. I spent 6 months wearing a wound vac 24/7. We followed with pig skin graphing that closed the hole the rest of the way. Luckily, the correct medication took care of the infection. I felt that he was very negligent in not taking the time to test the infection even upon my request. I am so very thankful for the doctor's who were able to help me before the infection went septic in my blood. If I had not gotten a second opinion, I may not be here today. As a person, Dr. Orchard is very nice and easy to work with. I wanted to put this review out to remind women to keep asking questions and to always get a second opinion if you feel that you are not being heard as a patient.
