Listened and cared

Very good Doctor, explains things and tries to get us to do our best with our health.

I like Dr. Fennell, but the office staff has issues. We had an appointment as first time patient and waited 8 months to get in. Made the appointment for Feb 15 purposely, knowing we had other appointments that same week. My husband worked his schedule around that appointment. When he showed up on 2/15, they said his appointment was the next week. We definitely made the appointment on the day we knew we'd be in town. They messed it up. So, now we have to wait another 8 months for an appointment. They said they would put us on a wait list and would call the next day to inform of any availability and they have not called yet. It's been 10 days. NOT impressed with the staff. I myself got in to see Dr. Fennell and I am impressed with him. My husband has yet to see him. Not impressed with schedulers.

Efficient

Dr Todd is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. I love his straightforward and honest manner. I am very happy he is my doctor

The worse office ever never answer the phone. Can't get appointments, nurse never calls back. So if you use them makes sure you know a month in advance when exactly you get sick ????????‍♂️

Everyone was courteous and helpful, from the receptionist who answered my questions to the nurse who was very helpful to the doctor who answered my questions knowledgeably.

The office staff are great, very kind and professional. My wait time was minimal before I was taken back. After the nurse had completed her job the doctor came in a short time later. He was polite and professional, he is very thorough and told me what the plan is to help me with my diabetes. I would recommend him to anyone

It was my first time seeing Dr. Fennell. I really liked him. He went over all my meds, looked at previous test results, and made some changes. He seemed to care about my overall health.

Once arriving at your facility, everyone was very helpful. Appointment was prompt as always. I always hear horror stories from friends about how long they wait to get in and in the exam rooms. Never with Dr. Fennel. He's always on time, doesn't keep me around waiting, and very helpful.

Dr. Fennell and his staff were very informative and personable. Answered all questions and even explained and removed unnecessary medications. So pleased we have referred customers after our own experiences.

Dr Fennel has fantastic bedside manner. He came highly recommended from another physician I have closely worked with in the past. To say that he was a good listener puts it mildly. He genuinely listened to my concerns and we discussed a plan together. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends.
