Tiya Shalyse Johnson

I took my daughter to see Dr. Johnson on two occasions. The first visit went ok. I work in the medical field and there is always lots of paperwork and not much eye contact when the provider is clicking away on the computer. Although I was not overly impressed the visit was adequate. The second visit was a terrible experience. I let me daughter respond to the questions instead of jumping in. However, when simple questions were asked I was made to feel the questions were stupid and was not given any type of therapeutic answer. I did not make a scene and decided to leave the practice, not giving a reason just finding a more suitable provider. I then got a bill with two additional charges, one of the charges for maladaptive communication with the caregiver. I guess asking a simple question equals maladaptive communication? We also got an additional $175 added to our biIl for psychotherapy of which there was none.
