Tina Chung-Ting Huang

Excellent, extremely well respected ENT doctor, specializing in the ear and ear surgeries like cochlear implants and cholesteatoma surgeries (like mine!). I had originally gone to see a run-of-the-mill ENT doctor close to home when I thought I had an ear infection. My case became complicated after some time and the scans revealed a bigger problem. My doctor referred me to ‘The U’ (as in, ‘The University of Minnesota’) which is how I met Dr. Huang. Not only is Dr. Huang an excellent doctor, her staff, nurses, and residents were all excellent as well as friendly. They asked lots of questions, listened to my answers, and explained everything simply and calmly. I felt that I was in good hands. Highly recommended. However, if you have a simple problem, like a childhood ear infection, you should probably start with your primary care doctor or local ENT because the wait time for an appointment with Dr. Huang is, understandably, quite long.

Great listener, great advice. She got my daughter in sooner due to our concerns and was very accommodating when all we needed was reassurance.
