ALL THE STAFF, FRONT DESK, RN, EKG TECH, WERE GREAT. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TO SEE DR ZEIEN, HE WENT THROUGH ALL MY MEDICAL CONCERNS, AND ORDERED THE TESTS I NEEDED AND REFERALS TO SEE THE SPECIALISTS. GREAT PLACE TO GET MEDICAL ATTENTION.

Good exam and results including affective change in prescriptions. Thank you.

Dr Zeien always listens to me and is very compassionate & knowledgeable. I very happy with him as my primary doctor.

Every time I visit Dr. Timothy Zeien for any visit he is professional and very thorough. I feel very comfortable under his care and I can't recommend him more highly to others. He is warm and friendly, yet he gets down to business. I know my health as his utmost concern.

When to see him and they messed up my insurance where I had to Pay more and poor Pa cried because i got mad and was told never to come back

Dr. Zeien is the most thorough primary care physician I have ever had. He goes through his notes and my previous comments on record and reviews issues with me. He explains lab results and related concerns and gives me the personal attention I deserve.

Incompetent staff. They had to be told what "print out" meant. They did not honor the appt time I was g8ven 2 months ago. I was told I had am appt on a different day which is impossible as I verified twice before I hung up and reverified it in December. Cant trust a Dr if his office is disorganized.

I had no wait time after arriving to my appointment. Dr. Zeien is very interested in his patients health and what is going on in their daily lives. He listen’s to your concerns whether it’s physical or emotional. I’m very lucky to have found a wonderful doctor who cares!!

Dr. Zeien has always treated me with respect and never tries to rush a visit. He's very honest and absolutely knows if your not being completely honest about your lifestyle and explains what you need to do without calling you out. I think he is an excellent Dr. I know at least 5 people that see him now and all are very happy with his manner and thoroughness. His staff is fantastic and I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room and the Dr comes in right after the nurse leaves the room. 10 stars if I could. I appreciated Dr. Zeien's attention to both my visits over the phone. He is always very thorough while at the same time, he listens to my input. . I always enjoy how his sense of humor shines through. (-:

As a brand new patient, I found Dr. Zeien pleasant however ill-prepared as he was constantly on his laptop without human interaction. Spent about 15 minutes in total with him and referred me to two specialists which I found as a red flag. To me that is an indication of not being prepared, get to know me and my medical history FIRST. He also made a couple of peculiar questions and a comment I found unappreciative. Time to find the right fit for a PCP, this guy failed.

Dr Zeien was very attentive and answered all my questions in clear and concise terms. His nurse and front office staff were also excellent and took their time to get all my vitals, paperwork and referrals taken care of promptly.

I had a very good visit with my doctor. Discussed some issues that I have with my health and got the answers to my questions. I am very pleased with my doctor.

She puts my husband, who has Alzheimer's, at ease and kids with him. I love how Dr. Zeien includes me in decisions with our health. The wait was non existing. The doctor spent time reviewing his medical files and medications.

My visit with Dr. Zeien was excellent because of prompt scheduling, short wait, productive conversation and follow up information. 100% satisfactory!

I really appreciated the chance to go from in-person visit to telemedia visit on fairly short notice. I called with a same day request and was able to have my follow up with Dr. Zeien without having to go to his office. That is a true benefit of a good primary care provider.

Dr. Zeien has been my doctor for more than 10 years. He and his staff are excellent professionals. Dr Zeien takes the time to explain his plan of treatment and always listens to my concerns and provides detailed answers to my questions

Somewhat ok at first. As time went on, he pondered what was on the computer with very minimal interaction with me. As a courtesy, I notified the office when we were moving out of the area (about 2 hours away). Subsequently got a letter ending our relationship (oh so not true). When we moved back to the area, I went to his office to make a "return" appointment to be told that the system would allow me an appointment. Talked with the office manager. Told her I didn't appreciate the way the matter was handled, specifically the letter when I was the one to let them know about my moving. She changed my status in the system. Ultimately did not make an appointment based on prior poor doctor/patient experience and the way they handled my leaving the practice. That's the last time I let a doctor's office know my status as far as being or not being part of the practice.

Dr Zeien has been my primary care doc for several years. There is a lot to like about him and his office. I am a very educated person about medicine, and he and I discuss things well. He is very much on top of current guidelines, and can be appropriately persistent about recommendations. Overall, he pays attention and tries hard to work within what his patient is or is not willing to do.

If you don't mind not being able to see the doctor for months even if you're declining in health, Zeien is your guy. The PA's are no real help so you're pretty much out of luck if your condition deteriorates. The indignant attitude is as far from a patient-centric approach as it could be.

My wife and I been long time patients I have just notice of discharge as a patient under not following his or the other doctors full suggestion. No phone call for what the specifics just a certified letter of discharge that was signed and open up by someone else not in my house hold found letter in mail box taped back up wer FIFA law. When called office the manager just read off letter and was the end of conversation nice service here your government health care extending into private insurance as well my wife will be changing doctors so the office has two vacancies for new patients ??

Very limited exam for being charged as a new patient and addressing issues. I will not be returning.
