Staff a n Dr Quinn were very friendly and professional. They explained everything in detail. I am now going for cataract surgery and am very fortunate to have such a great team!

Very disappointing in how the office is ran. Dr Quinn is very nice, and seems to be intelligent. But waiting over an hour and a half for a 5 min follow up isn’t acceptable. Staff is not the best. Very Poor communication, very unsympathetic to the wait. The nurse that did my first eye exam had my prescription very wrong. So I came back because I was having trouble with my eyes. He wanted my eyes tested again. This nurse then said I had 20/20 vision? Just needed “eye drops”. I think the care by the dr is good, they need to hire more qualified help. I’m not happy I spent $400 on glasses that turned out to be the wrong prescription. Even after that I came back for my follow up. There are a lot of very qualified eye drs in town. In this competitive environment service is everything . I’m a nurse, and I understand things happen. But how you handle situations determines his strong your business is. For what it’s worth, that’s my experience. I rescheduled my own client appointments this morning to just have it wasted waiting an hour and a half. Dr Quinn and staff very accommodating and pleasant. My problem started to improve a few days after his care.

Dr. Quinn took time with me to explain my issue. He offered sample medicine so I didn’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on something that may not work. I highly recommend Dr. Quinn.

My husband and I have the utmost respect for Dr.Quinn. He is brilliant yet humble. He operated on us both for cataract surgery and also for my glaucoma. We recommend him to everyone who asks.

Dr. Quinn is thorough and patient with ease of techniques and willing to explain in detail any questions! He has trained assistants as needed and prompt on appointments. A pleasure to have as my ophthalmologist!

Annual eye exam. On time and efficient. Pleasant to work with.

I had a appt due to a referral for eye lid infection. Thinking it was shingles . Took me next day on time He was very thorough and felt it wasn’t shingles as it was the same spot I had 8 years ago and shingles doesn’t normally do that . Herpes viral infection. They did a complete examine and eye scan . On medication and a salve . Will see him again in a month . I would definitely recommend Dr Quinn .

Dr. Quinn is most professional and thorough. He explains your medical problem in non-medical terms, easily understood by the patient. Regarding the virus, he and his office staff are extremely diligent about cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.

Staff was very good Should let patient know when they will be kept waiting a long time in the waiting area or in an examination room Felt like I was forgotten!

Good professional, kind doctor who patiently explains things to you but when you call his office your call goes to call center for a lot of different doctors. I had a billing problem and i had to explain it in detail to the call center people then they gave me another number to call where I had to explain it all again. Very good visit. Very professional. Doctor and all staff were kind and respectful and performed their jobs well.

Office visit was great short wait and the staff were amazing. Liked Dr Quinn very much made sure I was 100% informed on my issues And will continue under his care.

Eyesight in one eye had become distorted and hazy. Dr Quinn diagnosed one morning, set up laser procedure for the next morning. It was a 10 minute procedure. By the end of that day I could see clearly again with 20x30 vision. So happy. Thank you Dr Quinn

Ambulance took me to this hospital Wednesday, I was virtually blind and I was left on my own to find means to return home. With lots of struggle I was able to call uber, yet, virtually blind and with lots of pain every time I had to open my eyes. Today I am trying to schedule a follow up appointment spent 30 minutes between waiting and transferrings and could not get an appointment yet. This is not the first time I was poorly assisted at this facility, as a fact I've been there for at least 5 times and every time I was poorly attended and even felt discriminated. Dr. Quinn was the third Dr. I saw within 2 months regarding my diagnosis of Glaucoma. His proposed treatment plan extremely expensive and aggressive compared to the other physicians. He literally sounded like a salesman rather than a physician. Coincidentally, he explained he was trying to justify (to Physicians Regional) the purchase of some expensive test equipment for his office at Collier. His manners were most courteous, however the administrative staff was rude and curt.

Excellent doctor in every respect. Highly recommend !
