Iâm aware that if youâre a surgeon long enough fatalities come with the territory. However, there are protocols put in place to prevent surgeons from making decisions for your child during non life threatening instances. This surgeon along with other senior staff at the childrenâs hospital he contracts with violated my infant daughterâs patient rights and it ultimately led to her death. As a result of the experience as a whole I would not recommend him nor that hospital for surgery on a child. Especially not a newborn. Unfortunately for us hospital staff didnât share their concerns about this surgeons abilities or should I say lack there of, until after the horrible experience that lead to our daughterâs death.
