Dr. Olson gave me a thorough explanation of the injection procedure and answered all my questions. The injection went well, as the doctor and his staff were concerned with my comfort and my understanding of the process.

Got the treatment I needed.

Dr. Olson is professional, personable, and patient. He is refreshing because he actually looks at you when you speak rather than stares at his computer, and he never interrupts you. The only concern is that it takes an inordinately long time to get in to see him. Clearly HHC needs to staff the Mystic office better as there seems to be a shortage of physicians of every specialty, and patients can’t get in to see them.

Dr Olson is a good and sympathetic Doctor. He listened carefully to my issues and I found him easy to work with

Dr. Timothy Olson and his staff (Peggy and Nicole) are always attentive, patient, and professional. They all take the time to listen and answer my questions/concerns. The one issue I have with HHC is the lack of staffing at the Mystic facility. I'm having to wait 4 - 6 weeks before I can get in to see my doctor. When patients are in pain, they need to be able to see their doctor sooner - rather than later. Simply put: patients' needs are not being met. I am finding Dr. Olson to be a caring and thoroughly professional physician who carefully considers options for treatment and then proposes understandable steps for proceeding.

My visit with Dr Olson was prifessional, efficient and pain relieving.

Dr. Olson is a great Doctor. He really listens, and his skill is tremendous.

R.Timothy Olson has helped me with Severe back spasms and pain. He speaks to you in a language you can understand and answers all my question. I also like his assistant Nicole and the office staff is Great. No complaints!

I reached out to Dr. Olson's office regarding continued pain. I called twice and received a call from a medical assistant. I explained my pain symptoms and she assured me a return call. I did get sick after having the flu shot and pnemonia shot but it didn't last long and haven't gotten a flu since

Dr. Olson is a warm and compassionate. He takes time to listen.

A grade of A-plus for Dr. Olsen and my nurse navigator, Linda! You made me feel cared for amd in good hands during a terrible situation.

I felt everyone was professional but very personable. I was totally satisfied with my visit and will not hesitate to recommend Dr, Ollson and his staff.

Was seen on time both in wait room and exam room. Was first time there the nurse asked me a lot of question which I liked. Was seen by Dr. Olson who went thru the history of my problem and set up a program that I like . Will be seen by him this coming Friday for shots to my back.

He recommended physical therapy at the new Hartford Healthcare building on Liberty St. in Pawcatuck. After just one visit, they got me on track to recovery. Called for an appointment and left a message. The office got back to me in less than 5 minutes. At my appointment received outstanding service from Nicole,, Dr Olson’s pain mgmt team. Dr Olson was attentive and got me set up for treatment. Very happy with this medical practice.

Pleasant office staff and had answers for all my questions. Waited less than 5 minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Olson was thorough and didn't rush to end the visit. When the office visit was over I felt I knew every thing I needed to know. I was also pleasantly pleased to get a doctor instead of a physicians assistant. Been very happy with the service and Doctors @ Hartford HealthCare. Dr Olson has been treating me for the last 5 years.

Dr Olsen has a very pleasant and comforting demeanor. He is professional and sympathetic understanding the many variables each patient presents. The hospital staff is equally as accommodating. You never feel as though you are rushed out and they make you their priority. A very good experience from office to physician and hospital.

As before Dr. Olson was kind and caring. I feel safe in his care.
