Did not visit here but the front desk woman was absolutely amazing with the info she provided.

Had two root canals done by this guy in the past. Solid work and no problems with either one. Last one was probably 2014 or so, and the other was about two years prior to that.

My dentist called yesterday and they were able to work me in for a root canal today due to a broken tooth. The Doctor and all of his staff were professional and wonderful to deal with. I was extremely nervous and they made the procedure as pain free as possible. The dental assistant was comforting and great with explanations of everything that was happening. The doctor was thorough and continually asked if I was doing well. The receptionist was welcoming and caring. Can’t thank them enough for helping me with this painful problem!! First time going to Dr. Mihle and would recommend his practice to everyone. I had a huge abscess behind a bridge and he gave me a root canal without breaking the bridge. Dr. Mihle and his staff were professional, kind, caring, detailed, and gave me every bit of information I needed. They were able to get me in same day I called and root canal completed on the next. They are the example of what and how a professional office should operate. Thank you all for the experience. I recently had a root canal under a bridge. I am one of those people who is very nervous since I have had some bad experiences with dentists. I want to say that my experience here was very good. His assistant explained things and helped me stay as relaxed as possible. There was no pain and when I said I needed more pain I got it. I highly recommend him and his office.

I was referred to Dr. Mihle due to a "complicated" tooth issue. Dr. Mihle explained the procedure and risks clearly with me before we went along with the procedure. During the procedure (painless) his Dental assistants were constantly assuring I was comfortable as was the Dr. I felt very confident of his experience and the assistants and finished feeling very comfortable. I was given a pain management and infection prevention regimen and feel wonderful!

I had a very good experience. If I need another root canal I'm coming back to Dr. Mihle.

I have had two root canals done by Dr Mihle. I have no complaints. He and his staff are lovely. More importantly, he knows what he's doing and did a great job!

My whole experience with Timothy Mihle was unprofessional. He ‘treated’ me for about 7 minutes in a very condescending way. His assistant did not even know how to take a proper X-ray! When it was time to pay, they padded my bill. I would NEVER go back!

I came into Dr. Mihle's office this morning very nervous for a root canal. I expressed that the sedation medication they charge you $200 for was not working. Dr. Mihle comes into the exam room and says "We told you that you wouldn't be asleep. I can send you up to Chapel Hill for IV sedation. I don't want to deal with this." Dr. Mihle made my experience about as easy as it comes considering this was a root canal. The procedure was not painful nor was the recovery. I can highly recommend Dr. Mihle for his professionalism and friendly staff. A root canal is very serious and I want the best, which is what I got with Dr. Mihle. Not sure what this Brent Smith cat is talking about. One of the best experiences I have ever had at a "dentist" or a procedure done of any sort. This guy is good. Brent Smith above is probably a first class punk or forgot to shower/brush his teeth or something. It is crazy anyone could give Dr M a lame review. My root-canal with Dr. Timothy Mihle was probably the most pleasant dental experience that I've had in 49 years. For a procedure that I was not looking forward to, I was put at ease by this very kind doctor who was very calm, professional and personable. Charlene did a wonderful job assisting Dr. Mihle, taking all of the x-rays throughout the procedure and is very kind and detail-oriented. Ms. Mary Pat at the front desk has been extremely helpful, friendly and organized from start to finish- nothing could have gone more smooth. I am grateful to Dr. Mihle and his staff for taking such great care of me and I would recommend him to anyone in need of this type of procedure. My root-canal with Dr. Mihle was the most pleasant dental experience that I've has in 49 years. I was not looking forward to the procedure, but was put at ease by this very kind doctor and his assistant, Charlene, along with Mary Pat at the front desk who made the arrangements seamless. I am extremely grateful to Dr Mihle for taking such excellent care of me and would recommend him to anyone that I know in need of this type of procedure. Dr.Milhe and his team are top-shelf! The finest.

I was very impressed with the both the professionalism and the friendliness of Dr. Mihle, Charlene, Erin and office manager Mary Pat. It is hard to envision a root canal as being a pleasant experience but Dr. Mihle and his staff did their darndest. I absolutely recommend. Keith Brewer

I don't think it's really possible to love your root-canal service provider, but my experience with Dr. Mihle was extremely positive. He patiently explained what he was going to do, and how he was going to do it.... He provided plenty of pain killers, and instructions on how treat the area between visits. He always followed up with calls the following day to make sure I was doing all right. He did two (2) root canals within 3 months. I would not hesitate to use him again, and recommend him to my friends. Dr. Mihle is horrible. He spent no time explaining what he was doing, was rough during the procedure...never asking if I was OK, talk to me in a condescending manner, and the list goes on and on. I made the mistake of seeing him twice. I thought maybe the first time was a "fluke". I NEVER wright reviews, but feel strongly enough to spend a minute waring people of this idiot. His staff is nice; and so are the facilities. However, I will never go back. If you want to be talked down to and treated with some of the worst "bed side manner" I have ever experienced; then feel free. My advise; find a real doctor. Dr. Mihle is horrible.
