My husband was referred to this office. As we recently relocated from another state, we were told we needed a PCP referral to be seen. We received one and called to schedule an appointment. When we called we spoke to 2 receptionists and they were rude. One receptionist asked if we had a referral and before we could answer put us on hold. Dr. Lee has been my neurologist for many years, he's well experienced in my disease of MoyaMoya and there is hardly any wait time when I go in his office. I'm highly satisfied with this group of physicians.

He saved my life. I had meningitis was in hospital for 7 months but dr.lee did put in 2 spinal shunting drlee put in a vp shunt first time I could sit up

Dr Lee is the best. I am a retired neuropsychologist and therefore have interacted with many neurologists Dr. Lee has a chairside manner that makes patients feel safe. He listens and wants to help. He is intelligent, empathic,, and knows what he is talking about. He really cares about each case. I could go on but instead want to say I feel privileged to be his patient. Waited a full hour only to find out there were TWO more people ahead of me. I canceled in disgust.

Dr. Lee is an absolutely amazing neurologist. He listened to me, and studied my symptoms to try to help me get to the root cause of my problem. He was very informative and educational, and he took his time to make sure I understood what was going on with my health. Waiting over an hour and 30 minutes...no respect for patients time..

Dr. Lee's office gave me the run around. I recently had a seizure and was advised by the doctor from my ER visit to reach out to Dr. Lee. When I called, the receptionist was sincere and concerned. Love him! Two years ago, after discovering I had nerve damage in my leg from a life saving surgery and couldn't walk, he has worked diligently on my behalf. Glad to report I'm on a walker and moving with the best of them. Highly a GO for Dr. Lee. Continues to give excellent care.

I was referred to see Dr. Lee by my OB practice because I've been experiencing an increase in migraines during pregnancy, and my OB wasn't comfortable writing a prescription without involving a neurologist. I am a new patient. Dr. Lee had a nice beside manner. He is thorough which one stood out to me in my first visit with him. I was happy with the office staff and the care that Dr. Lee provided to me. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. I feel confident in the care that I am receiving from Dr. Lee.

I have been partially paralyzed from the waist down. I’ve had biopsies and multiple tests and differing diagnoses as to the cause. I finally was referred to a neurologist for suspected MS. Despite coming to the appointment an hour early as told, I waited an additional hour in the waiting room. Then another hour and a half in the exam room. The nurse was cold and rude and offered no explanation. Dr. Lee comes in doesn’t introduce himself, apologize for the now 3 1/2 hour wait, or ask me why I’m there to begin with. He instead begins to interrogate me about a cardiac test I had 10 years prior. It had zero to do with why I was there to begin with. Keep in mind, I’m in pain, I can’t walk, I’m in a wheelchair, I’m terrified. He did nothing to help ease my fears. He did not show compassion nor medical knowledge nor interest in figuring out how to help me. He didn’t even examine me!! After his 15 minute new patient visit, he says he will order an MRI for that Friday (this was on a Monday) that his staff would call me no later than Wednesday to schedule the MRI and he would see me in 2 weeks. It’s been a year, still waiting for that call. I could have been persistent and called and harassed and demanded my MRI be scheduled but, quite frankly I don’t trust his decisions in the first place. I will tell you what they did do promptly. They sent me three surveys in the mail asking that I give them 5 star reviews for their “exemplary patient services”. I would suggest they actually give exemplary patient service first.

Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable. He took his time, made notes of my symptoms and explained things well. Visit wasn’t rushed. I highly recommend him.

Dr Lee is an excellent physician. He listens intently, is patient, studying the situation and delivers a plan of care. He is a blessing to me.

There were some mix ups with the office staff but Dr. Lee himself is extraordinarily compassionate and professional. He definitely goes the extra mile in making sure the patient is heard and all issues addressed.

Routine 6 month check up

Started seeing Dr. Lee after my stoke and was not rushed through my visit. I found him to be very attentive and concerned about my condition. He and his staff are very friendly.

Dr Lee is caring and concerned about my health. I used to see his wife who retired. Dr Lee took alot of time going over my whole chart and all of my medications and all of my previous medical history. I would definitely recommend him to other patients. I did have to wait a little while in waiting room but since he spent that amount of time with me he probably takes time with all of his patients. I would definitely recommend him to other patients.

I have seen neurologists that saw I had symptoms and didn't even bother giving an EMG or any other test. Just to say my pain is something I just had to live with.. Dr. Lee took the time to listen to my concerns, let me know that we will see what will come of the tests given and sort of put my mind at ease when it came to a few things. Living with pain is so difficult, especially when a doctor just shrugs it off, and the more diseases get canceled out the more concerned I am as to it being potentially fatal that hasn't yet been diagnosed. I think I am on the right track with this neurologist. I may not get answers right away, but I feel that Dr. Lee will take the time to research and see if I fall into the "rare" category when it comes to diagnosing. Something no other doctor has done before. I have been told what is "rare" and "hardly ever happens", but not told that there indeed is a chance that I'm a rare case. I like his approach so far and look forward to seeing him as my neurologist. I'm glad he thinks outside of the box. I have seen Dr. Lee for many years now he is always very helpful, I never feel rushed, and he takes plenty of time to answer all on my questions. The nurses and staff are kind and helpful my calls are always answered and returned in a reasonable time. I would definitely recommend.

I had a second Stroke in Dec. Dr Lee saw me in hospital and YIve been a patient of his since my first stroke in 3017. He did not tell me to make a follow up apt after I got out of the hospital not could/would he answer my questions. He seemed very unconcerned about me as a patient Before this I've always felt like he held me in contempt and didn't want me as a patient. Even my Daughter said he had changed and she was not impressed with him as she had been when he treated my husband aft his stroke. I'm seeing someone else from now on.

Dr. Lee listened to me and made me feel very comfortable. He offered me more information, insight, hope and positivity than I had previously found. I left his office feeling great and knew that I was finally in caring, capable hands. That was a big relief! The staff has been great too!

I liked Dr Lee but he was vague about ordering a test. What I heard was that he would order the test if I did not improve by my next visit (in 3 months after taking the medications he prescribed a chance to work). I was surprised when I was contacted less the a week after my appointment to have the test scheduled.

The Dr. is awesome!

My concern for this visit was explained to me with info I could understand and professionalism from Dr. Lee. His explanation of the case and treatment or no treatment was laid out in layman terms that gave me great comfort. I am very pleased with my service and Dr. Lee. He also has a wonderful staff that help make your visit a good one. Thank You

I've been seeing Dr. Timothy Lee for at least 3 yrs now for migraine management. He'd run every possible diagnostic test and, as I've been for 30 yrs, he was as much at a loss as to how to treat them as I becuz pills can't absorb in my system fast enuff to prevent or relieve them. I finally asked about one of the new injectable prevention meds and he and his staff worked for 4 months to get my insurance to approve it. I'm incredibly grateful that he did becuz it's changed my life! His staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful, and Dr. Lee has the best "bedside manner"! He takes his time every visit to check my overall well-being and inquire as to how my migraines are being managed. I'm sure I could find a neurologist closer to me, but it's worth the drive to go to him for the amazing care I get at his office. I highly recommend him to anyone suffering from migraines in particular but for overall neurology care in general. He & his staff are so compassionate & helpful so I love them!

Dr Lee is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He spends whatever amount of time is necessary each time I have an appointment. He communicates clearly and understandably his thinking about any diagnosis and treatment. I have been under his care for a number of years for several neurological problems and have always felt that I have been well cared for and that my health has improved due to his care. The office staff are always pleasant and professional as well.

I did not know Dr. Timothy Lee until I suffered a stroke in 2014. I was taken to Southern Hils Hospital where Dr. Lee was my doctor. Very professional and has his patient and families concerns above all else. I continue to see him for my routine visits following my stroke. I can highly recommend Dr. Timothy Lee if and when you need a neurologist.

Dr. Lee questions my husband until he finally work things out in his head, so that he's actually able to help my husband with his problems. We never feel rushed..

I have always been impressed with my visits to Dr. Lee. His office is also very efficient and helpful. He has a serious, concerned demeanor for his patients welfare. I have been a patient of Dr. Lee's for several years now and am very pleased with the service he provides. My previous neurologist did not listen to me and how the medicine affected me. He knew everything, or at least that's what he would have you believe. Dr. Lee is the opposite. Not only does he listen but he also thinks outside the box. Dr. Lee is always very informative and explains EVERYTHING in great detail which is good since my wife is a nurse and she was with me during this last visit.
