Everyone was so nice to me from the moment I came in the door. Very friendly and great at what they do! Got an appt quickly and the procedure was finished in a very timely manner. Dr. Kerper was great. He was soft spoken and helped to calm me despite how nervous I was. His assistant was great as well! Clearly no one wants to have a root canal done, but the staff at this office made it more bearable! Thank you so much!

At first i like the Service he had done to my tooth. But the second time im so disappointed. I see he is not happy to do it. It seems i dont pay him to do the work. I thought he told me the one who did my thought before doesnt know how to fixed it. But now i allow him to do it. Thinking he will do the same work as i came first but he didnt. Last Christmas the tooth he work broken and now im in pain. I remember he told me to put crown after 1 week. But i dont have money to do it. Now i must suffer the pain till i find money to fixed it. Because somewhat its my fault for not saying anything on the spot while he works in my tooth. I regret coming to this place with unhappy Dr. Timothy. Its sad.

Staff is very sweet and attentive!! Dr. is amazing!! Very thorough and coming from someone with high anxiety with anything to do with my teeth, he’s very well mannered and makes you feel comfortable!! Definitely recommend!

They were amazing! From the front desk, the nurses, and the doctor, EVERYONE made the visit as pleasant as possible. I had minimal discomfort, but no severe pain. I'm a BABY when it comes to needles and procedures... However, I would HIGHLY recommend this office and Dr. Kerper.

I got great service from all. Dr. Kerper was very professional while also friendly and gentle. Not easy making you feel comfortable during a root canal but I was completely relaxed I would recommend Dr. Kerper

Everyone was amazing! I had a root canal, it was my first so I was very nervous. The staff and Dr. Kerper were very reassuring. It was a breeze! Little to no pain at all. Dr. Kerper and his team are the best!

Very professional and staff was very helpful did a excellent work

Dr. Kerper was negligent. He left a large hole in the bone of my face and prescribed medicines I’m allergic to. I had to have oral surgery after being in Dr. Kerper’s care. He had a hateful attitude when he had to be contacted during on call hours. Would not recommend.

Route canal wizardry at its finest. The whole staff was very nice and helpful. Dr. Kerper was cool as a cucumber and the Goofy gas was exceptional. 10/10 would recommend.

After leaving I called my mother and told her that this was the best visit to a doctor I’ve ever had. The nurse was the sweetest and so was the doctor. I drove here from Georgia just to have this procedure done and I’m glad I did. He did the job perfectly. I’m very impressed. Thank you Dr. Kerper and staff!

Very unprofessional. Made very rude remarks to me and has a crass attitude. Cut your losses now. If you are having to go to him, you must be needing a specialized service. I was there for a root canal. I could not put up with him and walked out. There are too many qualified kind endodontist available. From the looks of other reviews most are good, but I now see several other have gotten the same sorry service. Looks like it's hit or miss with him. I would not take the chance. I had to have a root canal for a cracked tooth and I was very nervous to have it repaired since we're in the middle of a pandemic. Dr. Kerper and his staff were very professional and wore their masks properly and really made me feel at ease. I was in and out fairly quickly with no pain!!! Thank you so much!

Had to have 2 root canals. Dr. Kerper and his staff were amazing. Natalia was my hygienist and she was great. I had to drive over an hour to get there. I was referred by my dentist and will recommend anyone who needs a root canal to see Dr. Kerper and his staff. I would drive there again if I had to. This was a pleasant experience.

Dr. Kerper is seriously the nicest guy in the world. His office is beautiful, and his staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kerper went out of his way for me when I had some complications with my procedure, and even texted to check in on me. Highly recommend.

Have dental anxiety? Dr. Kerper is the man to see! I have always had dental anxiety so having to get a root canal was absolutely nerve racking. I had a root canal in early December done by Dr. Kerper on a tooth I was having trouble with for months. About a month before I had the procedure done, I met with Dr. Kerper to have him examine and talk facts with me. He took the time to not only ensure me how well he can preform root canals, but also show me his tools and explain how they work. He was able to show me my X-rays to verify that my filling was indeed touching the pulp horn and in need of a root canal to stop the intense pain. The day of the procedure his staff warmly greeted me and comforted me. (Of course handed me tissues) When I was seated, they gave me a weighted blanket for anxiety, and headphones with control of the TV. His assistant chatted with me and calmed my nerves even more than the nitrous oxide, honestly. The procedure went well and I didn’t feel a thing after the shots! Normal post root canal pain was to follow, but nothing too intense. Fast forward one month later when I’m ready to get my permanent crown put on at my own dentist office, and I can’t help but notice it still hurts incredibly bad when I bite down, just like how it did when I needed a root canal. While my dentists took X-rays and analyzed them, I was thinking, “Great, it would be ME to have to go back to Dr. Kerper because something got messed up.” My anxiety got out of control as soon as my dentist told me I might have to go back for more work on it. After analyzing, the doctor told me it is an absolutely flawless root canal...it’s just time to get those wisdom teeth taken out, and that’s why it hurts to bite. So here I am, almost 2 months later (I wanted to complete the healing process before I wrote the review) and the root canal truly does feel flawless. I can drink cold beverages now! First I have to say, this is the cleanest facility I’ve ever been to and i’m including hospitals! When I first step in the door, I was greeted and felt so comfortable! The staff work so well together and Dr. Keper is awesome! He and his assistants made sure I was comfortable and PAIN FREE throughout my root canal. Very nice staff and Dr. Kerper did a wonderful job on my son’s root canal. I was so nervous at first for my son going through a root canal at such a young age, but Dr. Kerper put my mind at ease and rest assured me that my son would be just fine. Dr. Kerper was right and my son did not feel any pain during the procedure. I had a consultation concerning a root canal. Dr. Kerper explained that he did not think a root canal would be beneficial. He explained everything thoroughly. He addressed another problem I had with front teeth jagged on the bottom edges due to grinding early in life. Theses teeth irritated the bottom lip. He suggested a slight filing would help greatly. I am so grateful that he was willing to address that!!!!! He has given me relief from pain that I have had for years. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written about ANY business. I’ve been to him several times with no issues until this last time. He was completely rude and made inappropriate comments. I would never speak to anyone the way he spoke to me and have never been treated this way by anyone, much less a medical “professional”. My dad, whom is a police officer, called him about the situation and he didn’t have the balls to call back. Sorry excuse for a human. I feel sorry for his staff and truly hope he doesn’t treat them that way. He was very nice....at first. They diagnosed the wrong tooth, firstly. So 2 root canals later, it is still hurting. He tells me then it's the other tooth, get that one root canales. It still hurts and I have pus coming out the side of my gums. I go back again and he does it again because he didn't get all the canals the first time. Guess what? The area STILL hurts! I got back to another dentist who eventually pulls it because they determined it was cracked. After it was pulled, they saw it also had one of the little cleaning tools left inside it! And guess what, the area still hurts! Went to another dentist in another state. The tooth is shattered! No crown will fix it! Getting it pulled on the second! Thousands of dollars wasted and now 2 teeth missing from my head. Because of his negligence and arrogance. Thank God they are back teeth but posts are my only option for replacing them because there's nothing for a bridge to hold on. So, thousands more spent. I had a very good visit with Dr. Kerper. He and his staff were very welcoming and friendly. I was a few minutes early but as soon as I signed in I was taken back. Dr. Kerper made me feel very comfortable. Very gentle and explained things before he started. I was so nervous and anxious to have a root canal done but i have to admit he was right..it wasnt bad at all even after the numbness wore off. The only hiccup i had was that i had everything budgeted out what i had to pay but it was about 60 dollars more because i asked for nitrous (laughing gas). I assumed that was part of the procedure and i never known to have paid extra at a dentist office for nitrous. I felt they should have made me aware of the extra upfront cost when i asked for it But i guess i should have asked myself as well..so no harm no foul. Dr Kerper decided that my tooth was not yet ready for a root canal. He was extremely nice and explained his reasoning to me in a way that I could understand. The staff was also quite friendly. Overall, a very good experience. I will go back, when the need arises.

Went in for a consult for my daughter and Ended up canceling the root canal appointment. My daughter has extreme phobia of needles thus the reason for the consult to discuss options and he was extremely brash, rude, and had zero sensitivity to my daughters extreme fear of needles. Zero options were suggested.

Had a consultation today with Dr Kerper, my husband &daughter. My daughter has a sever fear of needles and was scheduled for a root canal. After what was SUPPOSED to be a discussion of options about our daughters treatment and care, instead we were met with hostility, rudeness, brash and inappropriate remarks that made our entire experience unpleasant. He actually tried to force us to have the procedure right then which brought our daughter to tears she was so uncomfortable. We don’t recommend
