This man saved my fiancéâs life. We owe the world to dr Heilman.
He did wonderful work fusing my spine when other "back doctors" said there was nothing to do. I was headed for a wheelchair and no I walk without assistance again.
Dr.Heilman is a good man he treated me with nothing but respect. I really do believe he cared a lot about me as a patient, and would have done a lot more for me if he could have. Even after almost 10 years the man still came and saw me while I was at the Hospital for a breakthrough seizure.
I had a difficult spinal fusion in Aug 2016. My surgery was successful, my recovery fairly uneventful even given the difficulty of what was done, and I thought both Dr. Heilman and his staff were wonderful. Supportive before, during, and after surgery and thru recovery. I would recommend without reservation.

Cannot say I would recommend Dr Heilman. I have not faired well post op. Will defintely be requiring additional evaluation to resolve my problem. Pain and physical distress becoming intolerable.
