About Dr. Timothy E Graham
Reviews for Dr. Timothy E Graham
Very disappointed with this doctor and his office staff. I was upfront about the specifics I needed and expected, yet I did not receive the service agreed upon. This doctor is pleasant but he is not actively engaged in individual care. Billing is delayed and considerably more expensive than it should be.
After being diagnosed with LADA by a PCP in late 2016, I started searching for an endocrinologist. I wanted to find a doctor who would do a deep dive into why I had a rapid onset into diabetes. I was healthy, fit in my early 30's and was first in my family to have Type 1, (LADA). After a lot of searching and research, I chose Dr. Graham early 2017, he has been my endocrinologist since. He has always been very proactive in his treatment, monitoring his patients and willing to deep dive into anomalies. Dr.Graham has exceeded all of my expectations, he has went up and above with his care and treatment and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an endocrinologist.
Doctor is knowledgeable but is perpetually late for appointments and condescending, there is no follow up, does not send prescriptions or refill requests on time or prior authorizations for medicines without multiple calls to the office which are never answered. They change appointments at their whim, but are quick to make sure that you pay. They act as if their time and resources are more important than the patients - we work and take time from our day off as well. Please respect me and my time if you want the same respect back. They are routinely 30 minutes behind schedule but will reschedule you if you are 10 minutes late. They do not answer calls or return messages, their website is a joke with no useful information.

Dr. Graham is pleasant yet he doesn't seem to be interested in individualized care. His office staff and billing leave much to be desired. His rates are more expensive than any other doctor I have seen. This is not an office that provides good care or service.
A careless doctor!!! Go to this clinic if you want to get email results.
HELLO, anybody alive at this place? Does anyone work in this office that can answer the phone or return my calls, ever? Dr Graham your failing your patients...
I have been very impressed with the care & response from Dr.Graham’s team. They are caring & concerned with you as an individual.
I am so thankful for Dr. Graham. I’ve gone to several endocrinologists in my lifetime, since developing hypothyroidism and diabetes. He is the best I’ve ever gone to. He knows how to test my thyroid, unlike most family doctors, and prescribe the correct synthroid dose for me. He has also prescribed the right diabetes medications for me that have helped me get my A1C from 8.3 to 6.2. He’s kind and has a very compassionate bedside manner. He really knows what he’s doing, and I’m grateful that my ear, nose, throat doctor suggested I go see him.
I am so grateful for Dr Graham. He has helped me get on the right medication to help me with the hypothyroidism I deal with. He has also helped me with my diabetes. My A1C has gone from 8.3 to 6.2 under his care. He is so knowledgeable! One of the smartest doctors I’ve ever gone to! He has a pleasant bedside manner and listens carefully during my office visits. He has also helped my son and my daughter with some health problems they have when no other doctor could!
I have had a good experience with Dr Graham. He treats me for hypo thyroid and diabetes. He takes the time to listen and has been proactive with my health. However, getting medication refills is frustrating. My pharmacy and I usually have to call several times before the refill request is granted. Currently, I’ve been waiting over a week for a refill. It’s so frustrating.
Wasted money just to listen nonsense things from a doctor that didn't know too much and couldn't do nothing for me, I should get my money back !!!
This man was condescending, dismissive and arrogant. He sounded and acted as if he was doing me a favor by simply seeing me. Dr. Graham sat up on his exam table during the entire visit, which awkwardly put him about 3 feet above me. Meanwhile, I was seated in a regular chair at ground level as I had been instructed to by the medical assistant upon entering the room. During our short visit he insinuated that my PCP was incompetent by asking accusatory questions, but then failed to follow up with me himself when the labs he ordered came back worse than those which brought me in to see him in the first place.I had to call Dr. Graham’s office myself weeks later after hearing nothing.Since then, my condition has worsened and my PCP has had to refer me for a CT scan and to see yet another endocrinologist. I will never spend another dime in Dr. Timothy Graham’s office and recommend you consider his bedside manner and abysmal patient follow up before doing so yourself.
I am a newer client of Dr Graham and will not be returning. It has been nearly a month and I still don't have my lab results back. The problem is that I have called his office 4 times to talk with ANYONE who could help beside the receptionist. Not 1 time has a call been returned. This is not the customer service I want from a doctor or his staff. This type of negligence is a culture from the top down. I am a newer client of Dr Graham and will not be returning. Dr. Graham has been nothing but professional with me. He took the time to explain my issues and explained to me my options. Great Doctor.
The staff is very rude and unprofessional. If your a diabetic its better here .if you have thyroid issues be better to see a different doctor
He and staff is awesome
Treated my condition, yes. But very cold atmosphere. Unfriendly staff and nurses. Freezing rooms. And extremely long wait every time I have been. To the point where I wonder if they forgot I was in the room. A full hour waiting!!! So frustrating! He is nice enough but the entire experience every time is so frustrating it’s not worth it. FINALLY! An endocrinologist that is very capable and thorough and willing to listen. Dr. Graham was recommended to me by my mom who sees him for diabetes (he's the only doc. that has been able to help her get her sugar levels down in a YEAR). Sure enough, he was personable, listened well and his nurse had all my medical history totally reviewed before they even did my intake information. The office staff was kind and competent, and the phlebotomist was great! I have seen several endocrinologists, people, several. Dr. Graham had no ego to get around, was willing to explain in detail, was very thorough and not dismissive or lacking knowledge. You can tell he loves what he does. So refreshing! FINALLY! Very capable and very helpful. Probably the best diabetic doctor I have had in 25 years of dealing with diabetes.
I recently was in need of a new Endocrinologist as mine had retired. I found Dr Timothy Graham via my insurance network and then read reviews on him. Dr Graham was hands down the best doctor I have ever seen for my diabetes. He took the time to explain things, in a manner I could understand, and I didn’t feel rushed through my appointment at all. He seems to know what he’s talking about and interested in helping me manage my diabetes. I would highly recommend Dr Graham, he’s fabulous! My experience with Dr Graham can be summed up in these words: inconsiderate, rude, lack of communication and responsibility. Every visit I had, he was always 20+ minutes late. He also doesn’t understand the meaning of follow through. Every time I was told I’d get my lab results from him the following week, I was the one calling in after several days later to simply get my results and was often told the tests weren’t even on my file (when I clearly got my blood taken) and sometimes had to wait for my next appointment to get them back. I’d call and ask to leave a note for a follow up call and was told extensive notes were being taken, and when I would ask if there was anything on my file, the response I got back was there was nothing. When I went in to get an ultrasound to see if there was any signs of cancer still in me, i had asked if i could get my results back and said I never got a call about them, his response was “We’re not playing this game, you need to find a new endocrinologist” and went on about how I’m not an important patient. If you want a doctor who is always running late, never communicates in general, loses important tests that determines if you have cancer or not and tells you there are sicker patients than you, then Dr Graham is right for you. The thing I like most about Dr Graham is the time he and his staff take to make sure you have a clear understanding of your lab results and the conditions you are dealing with. I love the personalized touch nurses, staff and receptionists share as well.
My first visit was with Dr. Graham’s nurse practitioner—MELANIE Morgan. I was not only impressed with Melanie’s genuine interest in my concerns, & her thorough explanations for the options she prescribed, I was also impressed with Dr. Graham’s office staff. Melanie’s professionalism, sprinkled with her generous dose of HUMOR, helped ease my anxiety about a various serious disorder! My daughter, whose professional career is also in medicine, researched Dr. Graham & his team, and accompanied me to my appointment with Melanie. We both enthusiastically agreed....Melanie is going to be the EXACT SPECIALIST we’ve been looking for!! ???? My first visit was with Dr. Graham’s nurse practitioner—MELANIE Morgan. It is very difficult to find a good endocrinologist. Timothy E. Graham, M.D. is an amazing doctor who is personable and extremely knowledgeable. His way is to take a patient where he/she is at and go from there. He doesn't judge and is so kind in his approach. I have experienced the opposite and have become gun shy. But my sister highly recommended Dr. Graham and I'm so grateful for the recommendation. I always leave Dr. Graham's office feeling hopeful. Additionally, his staff is extraordinarily friendly and efficient. I don't often recommend a doctor because personalities vary but I can and do highly recommend Dr. Graham. I'm a recent patient of Dr. Graham and I'm beyond satisfied with his care. He is very knowledgable and their system of patient recording is outstanding. I no longer worry if I might miss important details during a visit. Everything about the diagnosis, procedures done, and treatment are laid down in a patient portal that you can access anytime. His staff are doing a great job as well. I also appreciate Dr. Graham's honesty when it comes to my health concerns. I will definitely recommend him and his clinic. I am very pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Graham and his staff.Very professional, answers my questions and took the time to send my blood work results and an explanation the same day they were drawn.
Dr. Graham performed an extensive review of my medical records and answered all of my questions. He is very professional and it was very nice to have the laboratory and ultrasound equipment nearby. The best thing was that he actually listened to me. When I told him that a certain medication made feel terrible, he did not argue or minimize my concerns. He was also very proactive in working with my insurance company to get medications covered that were originally denied.
First appointment was good, but in all subsequent appointments he berated treatments I was receiving from other doctors. At my last appointment, I had driven 50 miles to have an ultrasound, but he was over an hour behind, so he was too busy for it; he only renewed my prescription instead.
Great Endocrinologist. Spent more time with me than was scheduled for our appointment. He delved into my problem carefully. He gave me feedback about my prior work-up from another physician. He came up with a plan that made sense for me. I can't be more pleased with Dr. Graham.
Worst endocrinologist in the state of Utah! Graham diagnosed me with Addison's disease , a life threatening disease , yet put off treating me because I confronted him about it. Run as fast as you can from this guy!
Horrible doctor! He changed my dosage of prescription without looking a blood work. This could have been deadly. I waited over an hour for him and he spent 5 mins with me. He could care less about you and the office staff is even worse. He also doesn’t know anything about hormones. This is a clown of a doctor, find someone better and don’t waste your time. They don’t read the messages on the select health portal properly. Some people love him but not sure why. He’s probably a hit and miss doctor. I was excited to have an endrocronlogist near my city but forget it, he’s the worst. I’m never going back!! Horrible doctor! He changed my dosage of prescription without looking a blood work. Terrible communication with him and the office staff. Doesn't return phone calls or messages. No worry or care for patient needs. Not willing to look outside the box.
I thank Dr Graham and his staff for helping me with my health problems.
I have been Diabetic for 15 years and he was the first doctor that actually listened to my concerns and what my goals were. Excellent doctor. Also his staff does get back to you in a timely matter, just like any other office would. Working for a medical doctor it can get busy but they always get back to you within 72 hours
I have been very pleased with the service here. The nurses are very sweet and kind. They make my day every time I come in and are always asking if I need anything. Dr. Graham has helped with my condition and has helped me feel a lot better. Couldn't be more happy that I found this clinic.

Unfortunately I have to leave at least one star. I went to this practitioner as a last resort for condition/conditions that have been present for over a year. I was seeking a consultation not a belittling dictatorship. It seemed the closer I got to tears the more pleased he became. Sorry, not for me! Definitely NOT recommended!
Dr. Graham is very knowledgable and extremely kind. He has just opened up his new practice in American Fork. it is just a wonderful practice with a great staff and an incredible doctor. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone.
