This place does not truly care about your child as an individual. First, the front office staff does not communicate policies and procedures well. I drove two hours to an appointment with my two year old only to find out that the child wasn’t supposed to be present. I was never told this. Second, my child has specific health conditions that don’t allow him to be fully vaccinated. I informed them of this at the time of making the appointment as did the paperwork that they received from my pediatricians office on 11/5. It is how 12/9 and they refuse to see him in their practice after I am present and they didn’t bother to call and inform me of any issue. Dr Bohan says it a risk to his partially or un vaccinated children to see my child. There is no logic in this statement. My other three children are fully vaccinated and the two year old is home with me due to health conditions. They Do NOT check the vax status of any adult who enters the business. He is a hypocrite. Most of you that wrote the review of me, I would like to say to you, a lot of things that you are blaming me for was not my fault,I would get the blame of course when something was not done, fine, but most of the things I could not do until Dr, Bohan wrote a report, that I would need to get authorizations, and some things could not be done until the doctor approved it, if the telephones were not answered, it was because I was either on another call, or out of the office, I DID HAVE TO GO TO THE RESTROOM, get the MAIL, I DID work by myself, so sometimes I would not be there EVERY MINUTE, but you all that were not please with me you should be very happy since November you haven't had to deal with all that your telephone calls are answered your authorizations are getting done. I AM VERY HAPPY AND STRESS FREE!!!!!! BUT I DO MISS THE ONES THAT CARED. I have no concerns with the Dr. Boohan but the MA- Nataliye the front desk lady she dose not answer calls, does not return voice calls, does not send orders, does not remind dr for order prescription etc, she only works on one case of genetic testing send orders, that's what she told me, until I had to reach Dr. Timothy myself, she only works until you call her every 2-3 hours for couple of days or some progress is made when you request your insurance to reach out her to get updates for authorization etc ,if they remove her from the office and hire a better professional hard working that would be great. Lunch hours OMG from 12:00 to 1:30 pm- 1.5 hrs is there lunch time, now i know why another patient was mad at her at my first appointment. I cant deal with hassle and panic of dealing and reaching out her when no call answered or returned I feel sad to leave Dr. Timothy just because of her office front desk Ms Nataliya poor performance. My daughter has never been comfortable seeing a male Dr. But she absolutely adores Dr. Bohan. He has done more for our daughter then we could have ever hoped for. She has had a diagnosis of Tourettes for the better part of 3 yrs when after much concern for her academics and her safety both mental and emotional we found Dr. Bohan. He gas her diagnosed as essentially high functioning Asbergers and boy does it all make sense now. After only 4 months a change of her meds and guidance from Dr. Bohan our daughter is a whole other person. Things that we felt may never come to pass for her have arrived and by her have been well received. Thank you for all of the work you do! Dr Bohan was our last resort. Thankfully his methods have so far been the most effective. At first he's a man of few words, but just know he's observing everything. Once you are familiar with him you will see that he's a great Dr. I also love his assistant. She is so friendly and easy to talk too. UPDATE: while the above remains true some events have taken place to make me adjust my review. Yes on a personal level both the Dr and his office manager are friendly. This review however is not personal but business so I must be honest with my experience. . 1. You will make an appt and the office lady will drop the ball and not put it in the system. 2. You constantly have to remind them to do their job. For example if you have a test and need paperwork to be sent to schedule the test you can guarantee you'll have to remind them more than once. 3. This one was the deal breaker for me. Refills! My son is 6 and with his condition requires meds daily to function. With his meds you can't have a predetermined amount of refills issued, it must be requested monthly. I requested a refill last Wednesday (per guidelines). It is now after business hours the following Tuesday and his meds have not been called in. I've call and was told it would be sent, I requested through the app, I've left voicemails when they would not answer their calls and I've sent emails and nothing has happened. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I had to make a new appt for tomorrow with a new doctor just to get his meds. He can't even go to school without them. These are pills you can't just abruptly stop. It's dangerous!!!! So for me to follow their request procedure, give plenty of notice and not receive the medicine is a total deal breaker. I can not intrust my child's well being with a dr that would do this. For this reason I can not recommend this office. MULTIPLE paperwork and scheduling and insurance pre auth mistakes by Natalya, and Dr. Bohan's poor bedside manner as well as judgemental attitude towards parents. They had our daughters age as 8 when she was 9 and we told them muliple times to fix it. They were giving her meds and diagnosing her based on a lower age so no ownder she seemed normal to him!! He treated us as if WE made all the mistakes, when it was he or his assistant that forgot things and lost things and did not give us things he expected back at the next appointment like questionaires for us or the teachers to fill out to see if the meds were working or not.. We feel his age does not indicate an expert with many years of practice, but instead an old timer who needs to retire!! He is forgetful, grouchy, and possibly senile, as well as being educated 50 years ago!! We feel he is TOO old to practice and he was negligent in the diagnosis & treatment of our ASD daughter. He also ordered a blood test with out pre auth from insurance, it was an out dated blood test and the insurance wont cover it so we owe $3000!! We are livid. It was a horrible experience and I caution you to find another, younger Dr that is trained on current genetic discoveries and advanced medical technologies and has more responsib;le assistants working for them who are more organized than Dr. Bohan. Alot has changed with ASD in the last 10 years and Dr. Boahn is NOT keeping up with current ASD treatments and therapies!!! Wasted my time, my money, and precious months of my daughters continued suffering due to improper diagnosis and insufficient treatment. He did not order any of the current standard tests for ASD/Aspergers. When I tried another Dr they ordered 10 different tests for her to take! Not just blood tests but interactive tests that judge her social skills and mental ability and motor functions etc. We took her to another Dr and told them Bohan diagnosed our 9 yr old with PDD NOS and he laughed and said "How old is her previous Dr.?! That is an INACCURATE diagnosis, PPD does not even exist as a diagnosis any more in the DSM update. All conditions are called ASD now. Because he did NOT diagnose her correctly, he did not call it ASD, her school will not give her as much help as she needs!! She is suffering in school still because of it. More time wasted to see new Drs and try new meds....and my daughter suffers in the meantime.... We have been seeing Dr. Bohan for about 2 years. I am a nurse and I am use to working with doctors. I find him very interesting and amusing. He doesn't talk much but I feel that he is extremely observant. He is stumped by my daughter's condition and is still trying to figure it out, but he is extremely open to listening and making suggestions. I did not get that from her primary care physician which led me to Dr. Bohan. I love Natalya. She is very personable. We are satisfied with our services.

1st let me say I actually like the Dr.. My 1st issue is you will make an appointment & it will not be put it in the system. U constantly have to remind them of things. The breaking point...refills. I've been trying for a week & nothing. This is serious! My child needs his meds to function. Unacceptable! I've called, requested thru app, left vm and nothing! How can you let a patient run out? I've done what I was told so how can you just not do it? I can't trust my child's care with u over this!

I will not recommend this doctor.I don't understand why the parent have to be seen first and pay a co-pay (which there are not the patient).I came in on 10/19/16 and was not greeted when a warm welcome. Dr.Bohan was rude. While I was in the exam room with him, he continue to type for at least 42 mins of the visit. He asked 3 question. The second visit was with my child on 10/24/16. The same process occur. Dr.Bohan needs to learn good beside manners and listen more to the patient/parents.

My husband and I visited with my grandaughter and this doctor seemed rude and bored with the whole process. Maybe after a few years we would get to know him better and throw thousands of dollars at him however, it's not happening! I've never talked to a doctor that was so impatient and condescending. PLUS, I don't think he has the whole picture anyway. I can't even imagine that he works with young children all the time.

Dr. Bohan has been so helpful with my children and their personal medical needs. His staff is awesome,caring and so very helpful every visit. I'm so glad after years of different physicians we have finally found Dr. Bohan.

We have been coming to Dr. Bohan's office over 4 years & I can honestly say that I LOVE him & his dear sweet office manager, Natalya. She is so patient & friendly. Scheduling appointments is never a hassle. Dr. Bohan takes the time to listen to your concerns as a parent & offers alternatives to medication, no red dye, low sugar ect. When it comes to your children you just can't afford to take chances, rest assured you can't go wrong with him.

Dr. Bohan is extremely thorough and knowledgable. While his bedside manner could be described as rather direct (to the point of nearly being curt), he is very professional and his honesty should be taken for what it is, true compassion for his patients. My son has been a patient of his for over 15 years, and I have found that he is personable and quite humorous once you get to know him.

Every time I make a call, an answering machine responds. It is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment, or for what is worth reschedule it when the doctor himself cancelled it. You are wasting your time leaving voicemails because no one will ever return your call. I am a single mother of a severe autistic child, who works full time. I went above and beyond to make this appointment happen. Sent very paperwork he requested, and they don't even have the decency to answer. Very disappointed...

Dr. Bohan is extremely competent and experienced however he does not answer questions well and leaves you with more questions than answers . I started feeling like he was throwing meds at our son hoping something would stick. I never got the impression he didn't careabout what I had to say, I just felt like I could only speak when spoken to making visits awkward.
