Dr. Tilden Lafayette Childs III

This is feedback for the MD regarding the tactics of the billing department. I received a concerning text 15 days BEFORE my statement. The wording of the text could mean the account was going to collections. It wanted me to "click 2 pay." I never consented to be contacted via text. Once I received a proper bill, I paid within 24 hours. I have no complaint with the doctor, or with how wonderfully quickly he read my x-ray. The billing issue need not have been a problem. Please consider a more professional approach.

These people deserve less than 1 star. They made appointment for my son and called me to cancel it the last minute. Very rude stuff

Went in for sudden onset slurried speech and dizziness. I left knowing nothing more then when I went in.
