I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment I received. The whole staff was very friendly and did a great job making sure I knew what to expect at each stage of my treatment. My root canal procedure was performed quickly and painlessly, and did not have *any* pain in the days following treatment either.

I’ve been In 3 times and have been told I don’t need a root canal. Last time which was five weeks ago they failed to take an x-ray and was told again I don’t need one. I went to my dentist four days ago they took an x-ray and they can clearly see I have an infection in my root. I’m now in Mexico on a scheduled vacation getting a root canal. No one can believe they didn’t take an x-ray. I feel they should reimburses me for at least one of my visits and I would not feel comfortable having them do any work on my teeth. I actually considered filing a complaint with the better business bureau but at this point will just let it go. Update- I’ve spent 3 days of my Mexico vacation in a dental chair for something that could have been done at home months ago. Obviously really unhappy. She gets the prize for being the first "professional" to make me run out sobbing in pain and in shock. First off, she was ROUGH and rushing (it was the end of the day) and she knew I'd just come from my dentist who had already left me in pain. I had a hunch right away from her demeanor that this was a bad idea, but I needed immediate care due to pain. She could not get me numb properly. She tried to make it seem like I was just being silly and "just needed to calm down" and that I was numbed correctly. She threw that "tent" over my tooth quick before I could "bother" her more. She started drilling and I had to fight to get her to stop and take it off. She LITERALLY was arguing with me this whole time that it was all my own fault and that she was in the right and that her techniques are perfect. Almost sobbing I'm telling her "I am not making this up!" and "why are you blaming me?!" I try to get up to leave and she is standing IN MY WAY so she can continue to argue her points. I had to go around to another dental chair area so I could escape. Her assistants never said a word... I leave this review to save somebody else. I was referred to Dr. Oviir for a root canal by another standout dental professal and experienced an unusually high level of skill and carefulness. Just go to this office and trust me on this!

I had a great experience here. The front desk ladies are so nice and patients. I had to do some complicated treatments for my teeth here and Dr. Michael was amazing!! He did a great job, in addition to that he's really nice and understandable. His assistant is very good .. they communicate well, which won't make you feel nervous as I felt before in other clinics. I totally recommend coming here for any root canals and other treatments for your teeth. They will take care of you. Also, I like the window's view here. ???? I had a great experience here. Great Dentist, very professional, respectful and helpful staff, affordable and reasonable prices, alywas responding for any questions and or concerns, very accommodating. Awesome treatments and services.

She gets the prize for being the first "professional" to make me run out sobbing and in shock. She was ROUGH and rushing. She could not get me numb and acted like I was being a bothersom wimp. She was LITERALLY arguing with me that I must be making it up and I just needed to calm down. I told her that she must know better than the nerves in my tooth. I made her stop and I tried to leave but she literally was blocking me in trying to argue more. Her audacity and lack of care for me was shocking.
