This review is long due... I began my journey with Dr. Polcz beginning of 2021 when pandemic was still at its peak. After meeting with several ivf practices, I decided to give Dr. Polcz a try. His quite traditional in his method (which is not bad), I mean, compared to the usual celebrity ivf hospitals that exist now, the atmosphere in his office is more calmer, they had a system of seeing patients to avoid crowd, etc. So basically to me, his practice was unique. I started clearing my initial doubts after my orientation session.... Yasmin I must say is very good at what she does (Embryologist), and I knew Dr. Polcz having bagged all those years of experience will ensure a smooth ivf process and reassured me the fibroids are not in the way of implanting my embryo. ???? So I highly recommend this office if u looking to try ivf, they may not be the regular celebrity office/ambience you get at other practices, but the goal is getting pregnant at the end. Below is my bundle of joy, the result of the very first front runner embryo (as Yasmin called it...lol) that was implanted. Hubby & i welcomed him early this year, & we love every bit of him, and I thank God Almighty, Dr. Polcz, Yasmin and the other front desk ladies. Sandy! This review is long due... Very highly recommend Dr. POLCZ. I was referred by Dr Castaneda. Then I went for a second opinion. At the end, I am glad I came back to him. His reassurance from my initial visit had me believe in his work. He was so willing in whatever I needed help with. He is extremely knowledgeable, great bedside manner. His staff are wonderful, my go to person was Yasmin. Thank you guys for all your help and support, but shoutout to Dr Polcz and Yas. Fantastic Caring Doctor. He is very skilled, detailed oriented, and definitely makes you feel like you are his most important patient. Trust him completely, and he will make your dreams of becoming a parent come true.

Dr. Polcz and the staff are true professionals. As I married my wife years ago, I accepted the reality that I may never have a child as I knew there were many difficulties in getting pregnant. Almost three year later since our son was born and most of our family and friend says he looks just like me. Amazing bed side manner by everyone in the practice. Dr Polcz is a very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining things without getting bothered. They are also very nice and truly compassionate. I saw a review that they ask for money first but all IVF clinics asks for money or insurance verification including deposits prior any procedure. I don’t see that as unfair or a disadvantage; after all what was most important to me is the knowledge, quality care and bedside side manner. I was very pleased with my experience there. Dr. Polcz has years of experience and made me feel very comfortable. I couldn’t be more thankful to him and his nurses and assistants who were really amazing. The doctor and his staff were great! They walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and always got me in right away! After years of trying, we were successful on our first round!

We went to the consultation and knew right away we wanted to move forward with him & his staff. We are so blessed today with a 13 month old baby girl. Grateful that it was a success the first time doing IVF after 2 prior surgeries and 5 years of trying to get pregnant elsewhere. He guided us the whole way thru and was readily available anytime 24/7. Super calm all the time and the ladies answered every question of mine. Thru my fears, they walked me thru everything. Upfront costing and no hidden anything. I am so glad we chose them & highly recommend them. Thank you so much for your patience, recommendations and experience. We are super happy with our growing family. Thank you Doctor, Janet, Karla & the rest of the staff!!!

My Husband and I went thru several issues before going to Dr. Polcz. We are so grateful to our neighbor who recommended him. To those who struggle with infertility, I promise you this place will bring you the kindness, empathy, sincerity & honesty you are looking for. After six failed oral and injectable rounds at a well-known clinic, I felt defeated. I felt like a number and not a priority. When I found Dr Polcz, I was skeptical. How could office staff like Janet, Jennifer & Yasmin at the front be as kind and caring as the doctor himself? I am not sure but they all surpassed every hope I had. I have never seen an office like this. My husband describes it as a mom and pop shop opposed to a chain restaurant. You feel like family. Your calls and questions answered. I’ve called on the weekend and gotten connected right to the doctor. He has been present for every ultrasound, every test. He encourages you to write down questions rather than shy away. Because of him for my first time, I am 8 weeks pregnant and I am actually sad to be moving on to my OB. I’ve never met a physician like him, and I’m a nurse in a hospital. If you want close, honest and reasonable costing care with the best chance at a good outcome, look no further. My husband and I receive excellent care and attention with Dr. Polcz and his staff. After 9 years trying to conceive we are finally expecting our very own miracle. I feel like my care is very personalized and my situation is considered prior to treatment options. Dr. Polcz and his staff get to know you and treat you as such, I never feel like a number. Trusting his expertise helped us create our miracle baby! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Polcz to anyone struggling! We love them!

Very great doctor and staff.The office is so calm and never over booked. I had issues with my insurance my husband and I are still able to take the journey with Dr.Polcz. We are on our way to a happy future with a healthy baby, God's Willing ????

I work at the hospital across the street and a few people at work have recommended his office. A few years ago, I started with another RE in Boca , a very big fertility center, and am so thankful I made the change to Dr. Polcz. Every single person in his office is so nice and always available for questions. As a healthcare professional myself, it’s important to be able to trust the person who is taking care of you and Dr. Polcz and his staff are amazing. he has great bedside manners, is extremely patient, is great at procedures, and successful in my efforts to get pregnant. Does not recommend. I did one round of IUI and one round of fresh IVF with him both negative, some important tests that were supposed to be done prior to transfer but didn't do. All they care about is money, they even charged you to get your medical records from them. His staff is hungry for money, Janet and Vanessa.

There will never be enough space for me to write how amazing Dr. Polcz and his team are. If you are looking for a doctor you can look no further - you have found the one! Not only is Dr. Polcz amazing but his entire staff, Janet and Vanessa, are the most incredible and caring people! You always reach someone by phone, rarely wait, and never once did I feel judged. I now have two 4 month year old twins and couldn't be more grateful. THANK YOU to Dr. Polcz, Janet and Vanessa! You guys are angels!

Overall, Dr. Polcz is an amazing Doctor! I thought my issue was common with PCOS, but I had others issues that I didn't know until he ran his test. He fixed everything for me to have a child. Janet and Vanessa his office staff is amazing. They answer all your questions and treat you like family. I can't thank them enough for my miracle. Overall, he truly loves his job and loves what he does. You're not just a chart number but his success.
