Dr xia heather are great they have helped with my many problems for years i highly recommend going there the staff is very helpful also kurt & kathy

If you're a Veteran DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. Request a new place. They give you addresses that put you in the middle of the highway. Making you waste gas and burn PTO at work to blame you and cancel all your appointments. This place doesn't care about you as a Veteran and will do anything to screw you over.

Dr. Xia is a pretty cool guy, they get stuff done way faster than other doctors offices, and I've never had a single complaint about them.

If I can give the Facility zero stars I would. This place is a circus. What a show! I had one of his crazy male patients come into the facility. He stops at the receptionist desk. Cassie was the receptionist checking patients in. I had no idea what this man said to her however, she identifies me to this patient. She pointed to me and told this man were I was sitting. This is a stranger to me mind you! This man proceeds to yell at me in front of the entire facility and accuses me, of "parking to close to him and I should respect peoples stuff and to take this comment how I want to" . I drive a Lexus, brand new one that has sensors. I was a mile apart from him and he claims " he heard my sensors". On top of this, the doctor was an hour late. Before I left my last appointment they told me they were double booking me. I finally get into the room and I aske the girl in the room what Cassie's last name was. She proceeds to tell me her last name. I say thank you. Next thing you know, a second later, I am getting a knock on the door from Cassie. Asking why I needed her Last name. I told her I saw the whole thing when the male customer came in. I told her you clearly identified me to a patient who is clearly crazy. She started defending her self never apologized at first. She tried to make this a non issue when in fact, it was a big issue. She proceeds to tell me he was going to confront me anyways, she was just showing him were I was sitting. I told her that patient is clearly is crazy. She told me, he said he heard my sensor go off on my car. She then proceeds to tell me that patient has been here for awhile and is a difficult patient. This was a little disturbing to me. Clearly there is no patient confidentiality. I am only going there for the Doctor. He is nice and understanding. However, the staff is very unprofessional. Dr. Tian Xia is knowledgeable & compassionate. He takes the time to listen. He has treated me, family members and friends. Best doctor ever-- outstanding care!

Dr. Tian Xia has been a God Send and a blessing. I have trusted his Medical expertise for over 20 yrs. The first time I meet Dr. Xia, I was experiencing tremendous lower back. Dr.Xia expressed he don't perfrom blind medicine. He listen to his patient symptoms, search for the diagnosis, inform patient of finding and suggested treatment. His diagnose has always been accurate, even if the only resolution required surgery he has always been truthful. Dr. Xia next to my primary is my first person I see when pain is involved. What I trust, and love trust most about Dr. Xia is he passionate, personalable, and experienced, he is also a team player. I recommend everyone I know who suffer with pain except Cardiac symptoms to Dr. Xia, I trust him with my life. Thank You Dr. Xia.
