7 years later, and I am still dealing with the complications from their carelessness including losing the use of my hand and a MRSA infection.

Dr. West performed an emergency appendectomy and the surgery went very well. He followed up the day after the surgery and his office reached out later to verify how I was healing. Dealing with insurance was a bit of a mess.
