Nice, quiet office. Doesn't wear the classic "white coat." This is especially important to me since I get white coat symptom. Since my main visits are either blood pressure, or sometimes anxiety, it is a relief to know that the visit doesn't add to my anxiety. I like what the guy does for our community. I was a patient for 2 years. In those 2 years I missed 3 appointments from being sick. I've been sick for a while and can't seem to figure out why. Despite asking to go to different specialist that could narrow down what exactly is wrong with me, I was told I didn't need to see them. After 3 surgeries and a current new health crisis, Dr Walter's has abandoned me and refuses to be my doctor anymore. I'm currently rushing to find a new doctor but can't find one who can see me before January. I would not recommend a doctor who will give up on you. All I wanted was help! He is a great doctor an does what's needed for his patients.

Doctor Walters is a very caring and conscientious doctor, I saw him one time and have wanted him back in Honeoye ever since, now that I know where he is I will seek him out. What a wonderful doctor.

I have been a patient under doctor Walters care for the last 3 years. In that time he has seen me through every up and down imaginable and has always shown concern and empathy for my situation. Since I have met him 3 years ago my life has changed drastically and I am now seizure free, addiction free and have found peace of mind I thought wasn't possible. He uses evidence based medicine and knows what he is doing. He has gone out of his way to check on me and see how I am doing in life and how my conditions are managed. I love Dr. Walters he is very understanding and listens. No matter what time or day it is he don't care if u call his cell phone and just wanna talk or have a problem. He is there to help no matter what. I love him

I would NOT recommend "Doctor" Walters to ANYONE, EVER! He has done absolutely nothing to help my husband, if anything he has made matters worse by shuffling off his responsibilities to help his patients. A doctor should have compassion for those he works with and works for and "Doctor" Walters has none. A doctor should be trusted and one of the safest individuals you can turn to in time of need. "Doctor" Walters, carries a persona that his patients are beneath him , treats them as an inconvenience and has full knowledge of the power he holds to help in an addicts life, yet uses that power to hold it over their head. This has not been a one time experience as my husband has been under his "care" for nine months and will no longer be. Nine long months of driving over an hour to see "Doctor" Walter at his office, to be declined services and NEEDED prescriptions. Not knowing where to turn to get proper help, we are told by "Doctor" Walters, "Looks like you have found yourself in a crisis!" -- Those words should never be spoken by a doctor. If my husband or any other patient was in a raw frame of mind, those words could cause damages that you cannot undo. There are countless times my husband has left "Doctor" Walters office feeling lower than when he arrived, very upset, hopeless, and full of anxiety. I've been with seeing Dr.Walters on a monthly basis for more than 5 years and even after a recent move to South Carolina he has continued to support me and see me as a patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Walters to anyone who is looking to have a Doctor who genuinely cares about your individual needs as a patient.

Dr Walters is your classic small town (New England like) family practitioner. On top of his science and professional care, Dr Walters is passionate for his profession in helping his patients return to good health, retain good health, and above all, his genuine care for all who pass through door.

He made me feel so uncomfortable. He jokes around about himself abusing suboxone and other meds.
