Doctor turner and his staff have always been wonderful, I've been going here since I was a child. I am, however, very unhappy with the changes that have been made since they merged with Allegheny health network. I dont even see dr. Turner anymore, I see some other lady who isnt even a dr but a nurse practitioner and while see is very nice she didnt tell me anything that google didnt already tell me and I ended up leaving with no real helpful information or prescription to help anything. I highly recommend this doctor if you're able to see him and put up with the new Allegheny routine of being a number not a person in the eyes of the system. I have been going to Dr. Turner for many years, I have always felt very comfortable with him and his staff, and the level of care I have received is second to none.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this Dr. at all. Although he is a very nice guy, and the office staff also, this is BY FAR the WORST physicians office I have EVER dealt with. They DO NOT use a computer for ANYTHING! EVERYTHING done in this office is hand written!!! God forbid there should be a fire! VERY UNORGANIZED! DON’T expect to get an appointment when you are sick or even need one. Oddball days and hours, and even then they have a tendency to call to reschedule you. And when you ARE lucky enough to actually get an appointment, plan on sitting in the office and waiting to be seen. They frequently change their hours. I needed copies of my records and it took weeks to get. And even then it was copies of handwritten noes, some of which you could barely read. We finally found a different doctor that was not afraid of technology. I would NOT RECOMMEND this Dr. at all.
