9 years ago we met Dr. Rauth when our son was flown to Vanderbilt with a MRSA blood infection that caused him to go septic. Dr. Rauth treated our son like his own child and over the course of 113 staright days and multiple surgiers at Vandy we were able to take our son home. He is 23 years old now and lives a full life in North Carolina. Without the grace of God and the skill of Dr. Rauth and the team, we would not have our kid! Dr Rauth is very helpful and very friendly. He explained each and everything before my son food pipe repair surgery in April 2018, even we were very afraid about this surgery however Dr Rauth made us confidence and all procedures went well as he promised and now my son doing great with out any issue. Dr Rauth is God for us he saved our son life when he was 2 day old. Our best wishes to him...

An excellent doctor!! Wonderful bedside manors, very personal and advise was spot on. Everything that he explained to us about the health issue, the surgery and the recover occured just as he explained. My daughter (16 yr. old), stated" He is the best doctor!" We highly recommend him!!!

My daughter was born with a birth defect and was in surgery within an hour of birth. Dr Rauth was always kind and explanatory in everything we needed to know. He answered all of our questions and not once did we feel left out or worried about the whole procedure and care.

Dr. Rauth was an answered prayer when our daughter was born with a birth defect. She had surgery when she was less than 24 hours old. He was kind, gentle, knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything very well on top of being an excellent surgeon. I don’t think I could have found a better surgeon if I tried.

Dr. Rauth is very skilled and has the best bedside manner. He was able to explain my daughter's condition in a way that I could understand. He also was very thorough when explaining her healing and what we needed to do to care for it. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a pediatric surgeon! Just phenomenal!

Dr. Rauth is very thorough and awesome with kids. He puts them at ease with his calm demeanor. Hopefully won't need his services again but would definitely recommend him!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Rauth. He makes you feel although your child is as important to him as his own. He has amazing bedside manner and is very personal. I am very happy that my son had him as his surgeon.

He removed a abscessed cyst from my daughter's under arm. He was very thorough, great with kids, explained the procedure as he was performing it. I really liked him.

Great surgeon with great bedside manner, referred to him by pediatrician for acute appendicitis, immediately made my son feel comfortable and earned his trust!
