Thomas P Ragukonis

Dr. Ragukonis has been my Pain Management doctor for many years. He was successfully treating me for a car accident when I was involved in another making my injuries worse. I felt really defeated when that happened since I was starting to feel better after a few procedures. Dr. R did develop a new plan for me to address my new injuries and pain. He was very empathetic and didn't rush me into any decisions while I was processing what had just happened. Ultimately, I needed surgery....I do wish I had the surgery sooner rather than later as the doctor suggested because I feel much better than I did before. I so appreciate the care I received over the years at Bergen Pain Management. Occasionally, I still need to see Dr. Ragukonis for my pain. Fortunately, he is just as concerned and methodical in his approach to treating my pain as I've known him to be.

Everyone at this office is excellent! I felt very safe and comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Ragukonis's approach to pain is very refreshing, as there are so many doctors around here who just want to push drugs on you so you go away. After examining me and reviewing my MRI with wife and me, he presented treatment options. Asked if we had any questions. I feel very confident in his recommendations and he was easy to talk to. The staff in the room with me went over all my instructions and helped me schedule follow up. This office is exceptional when it comes to patient care and I would highly recommend Bergen Pain Management to anyone who needs a really good pain management doctor.

Dr. Ragukonis and his staff are excellent I was able to book an appointment quickly and the office was very helpful and accomodating. I went in with recurring back pain and was so impressed with how well he listened to my complaints and examined me. I was scheduled for an epidural injection the following week. I just had my follow up appointment and am feeling so much better. Dr. Ragukonis also discussed vitamins and exercises with me, which are easy ways to help my back feel better. I am very impressed with Bergen Pain Management and would recommend Dr. Ragukonis to anyone who is suffering like I was.

This was my first time visiting Bergen Pain Management. The office is very clean and very professional. The staff was quick to call me into the exam room. Dr Ragukonis suggested an MRI, which was scheduled for me that same day! The staff booked my follow up appointment for one week later. Dr Ragukonis was thorough in explaining his treatment plan, based on my history and what my new MRI shows, and he listened to my every complaint. He was wonderful and I felt very good in his care.

Dr Ragukonis has been my doctor for about a year. I have never felt better. I just had an injection for my back pain and I got about 80% relief. He always takes his time with me at my appointments. The staff at Bergen Pain Management are always friendly and professional. I would recommend the doctor to anyone who is in pain.

I’ve had hip pain for a while and nobody has made me feel better. Dr Ragukonis listened to my problem and was able to find a way to help me. I’m feeling great since my injection. His staff is excellent-especially Jessica. I recommend Bergen Pain Management to anyone looking for a good pain management doctor.

I had a great experience in this office. I was seen in a timely manner, Dr. Ragukonis was friendly, thorough and addressed all of my concerns. I would recommend to anyone in search of a great pain management practice!

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! This doctor was so rude and had no bedside manners. He went over my MRI and completed a short assessment. He prescribe some inflammatory medication and stated I need to considered getting an L5/S1 transforaminal injections.. I asked a few question pertaining to my health and with my facial expression he immediately got up and told me good luck and walked out. I was expecting him to try to something less aggressive. It appears that he was after the insurance money.

So far I have no complaints for the doctor however each time I come I wait over an hour to see him. The doctor overbooks appointments. I do not want to come to a doctor and wait for over an hour just to see them. That is insane.

The doctor is professional but his staff are very confrontational and have shown to be unprofessional with their lack of follow through when you have a transportation scheduled the transporters will not call the staff is a direct reflection of the doctor and considering I have a herniated disc that hasn't been treated and to get another apt I have to wait a month I do not recommend this doctor due to his employees

Overbooked, unprofessional, in compassionate. My mother is in extreme pain & virtually immobile, getting her in the car is extremely challenging, sitting in a waiting room excruciating. After waiting 1h15min, we were told there was still another person in front of her. Patients are taken in the order they sign in, first come first serve, not by appointment time - unacceptable policy for pain managment dr. We come at the appt time to minimize her discomfort in the wheel chair. Go elsewhere!!

He has terrible patient care and just wants to milk your insurance for all they're worth to leave you in as much pain as you were in to begin with. He is just a drug dealer in a lab coat. Don't take my word for it, read all of his reviews.

Dr. Thomas Ragukonis performed a lumbar Epidural on me and he and his staff were extremely professional, caring, and concerned with my privacy and safety. Dr. Ragukonis thoroughly examined me and spent a lot of time reviewing my records and hearing my symptoms. Each staff member was very sure to confirm my medical history and Identity special thanks to Cheryl, Debbie, Rosie and Kim for their caring and kindness. Spot on diagnosis. Cervical epidural without incident worked like a charm. I like this guy. No time for idle chit chat. If you need a psychologist go elsewhere.

Dr. Ragukonis was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnosis the cause of my pain and treat it successfully. He explained everything to me so that i could understand it and discussed my options. I am so happy that I found Dr.Ragukonis and was fortunate to receive A+ care.

As a father of three sons I ached to have a catch with my sons or to kick a soccer ball. After three years of suffering with pain I finally found The Pain God, not doctor. The relief that Dr. Tom gave me was a miracle!!! I have a normal life now and get on my knees every night to say thank you. In addition, his staff was fantastic.
