Dr. Thomas J Kirisits

Dr. Kirisits seems knowledgeable and has a good rapport with patients. The comments about running very late are true, we had to wait over an hour. His staff is a little cranky, but I can understand why. Our time is worth something too, and if Dr. Kirisits is more than 30 minutes behind a call is appropriate.

One of the best yes he does run late on occasion but he does alkt work at the rest homes an is called on alot for Emergency surgery.. but worth the wait ...

The best my feet can buy

May be a long wait but all worth it. This doctor knows what he is doing. Best podiatrist there is n my book. I see him at the Nashville Il speciality clinic. He helped me where others did not. Thank you Dr Kristis.

The Doctor is Ok, the first time a had an appointment with him. The second time I had my appointment to talk about the results I arrived on time and they told me that the dr. is going to be late about hour, hour and half. Nobody called me to tell me that the doctor is late. So I had to reschedule, and today when I arrived there was 2 patients already waiting. My app was at 12:40, one of the patients was call into a room and the other patients appoimtment was 12:20. I asked the lady at the counter how long it takes and she said its about 10 min for each patient, at 12:40 me and the other paitient were still waiting and the doctor has just walked in and started talking to the 1st patient that was called. So they are runing 30-40 minutes late. The lady in front of me with the 12:20 app was still siting there and waiting. At 12.45 I asked again how much longer will it be because my appointment time has passed already and the lady that has the appointment at 12:20 is still waiting. The lady behind the counter said well it takes sometimes longer. Well with that means that I have to wait 45 min after my appointment... So I have to reschedule or cancel my other doctor appointment because they are very ignorent and very mean and very unprofessional towards their patients... I will never see them again and dont recommend dr. Krisits to others!!! His staff is the main reason for the issues! The Doctor is Ok, the first time a had an appointment with him. Dr. Kirisits did 2 Plantar Faciitis surgeries on me, 2 years apart. He saw me for a year, and did everything possible to avoid the surgery with wraps and insoles, but I finally gave in to the pain, and had him do the procedure. I wish I had done it sooner, he is an amazing surgeon. I am now about 90-95% in each foot, whereas when I came to him it was about 45% per foot, with excruciating pain every day and night. He is a godsend, and he always listens to you. I would never see anyone else!

Dr. Kirisits became my primary podiatrist in 2004 while I was dealing with a bone infection in my Great right toe. He did everything possible to orevent the loss of my toe, but the infection was too far along, but that did not stop him from putting maximum effort into the prevention. Great bed side manners and always willing to say hello to you if he sees you out of the office or walking down the hall of any hospital he has privileges at.

The doctor was likeable & gave me hope; I've had foot pain for 9years now. His staff is what left me jaded. I had a prescription to try to manage the pain. I called a week later regarding negative symptom reactions, i asked for a different medication or an alternative to the reactions. After 3 business days, i never heard back & lost faith & cancelled my follow up appointment. The doctor was likeable & gave me hope; I've had foot pain for 9years now. Dr Kirisits is hands down the absolute best podiatrist around. World class. His knowledge, skill as a surgeon, bedside manner and refusal to give up on difficult cases makes him stand alone. I have Ehlers-Danlos and Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy and he diagnosed what other doctors missed for years. I could not give a strong enough recommendation for this good man and good doctor. He really NAILS it He makes your experience very pleasant

Dr. Kirisita did reconstruction on the extremely lax joints in my feet. I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome and had so much pain I could not walk many steps before he fixed my feet. Other surgeons wanted to fuse my feet so that I would not be able to walk, drive or dance. Dr. Kirisits fixed the problems without impairing my ability to do all of the above. He is the best at what he does. He managed my pain post surgery and solved my problems. I would recommend him first for anyone needing an awesome podiatrist.
