I have been to many fertility doctors for evaluations and treatments for my complex medical problems. None of them took the time to engage and explain my issues and the possible treatment options with simple language in a logical and practical manner the way Dr. Kim did. I know it's still a tough road ahead for me, but he gave me a new perspective on my problems to set a realistic expectation and hope. I'm looking forward to facing my challenges and hopefully, with a little luck, a successful outcome.

Dr. Kim and his team were not only so efficient and timely, they were warm, compassionate and understanding of our fertility journey. We are beyond grateful, there are no words to even sum up gratitude that we live with every day, knowing that they succeeded in bringing a new life into our home! They make miracles happen, created with love and science!

Age 45, 2 IVF cycles (4 total IVF cycles), Successful! I started with Dr. Kim and RMA in October of 2022 and completed a second IVF in December 2022 that successfully resulted in a normal embryo! Prior to RMA, I had two unsuccessful IVF procedures at other clinics. I found Dr. Kim and his staff to be extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He was careful to manage my expectations while doing all he could to work towards the best possible outcome. What I liked most about this location is it feels like a boutique clinic but with all the resources that come with RMA. Dr. Kim was regularly, personally the one performing my check-ups/ultrasound appointments. On the rare occasion he was not in attendance, appointments were completed with my nurse Emily. She was extremely proficient and communicated with me daily which I appreciated. I really felt like everyone was pulling for me, and I feel it made all the difference. We will be competing our embryo transfer in April, my husband and I are forever grateful. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and RMA.

He is just there for the money. Him and his office are insincere and disingenuous people all intent on get as much from each client as possible without caring if they help anyone. We did multiple treatments with him. He kept blaming his lack of success on one thing after the other. Not taking any responsibility. Really disgusted with him. After they were payed for multiple treatments they never contacted us again. No follow up after what they did, no attempt to make things right. Not even an apology. He spoke so confidently to sell us one treatment after the other and then couldn’t care less about his failure. Don’t be fooled by him. Please stay away from Dr Thomas KIm and his office.

He was very kind and explained everything we wanted to know. We talked for a long time and decided to do some tests to figure out our problem. He is really great and highly recommend. ????????

Dr. Kim is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. When I failed to produce normal embryos several times, his kind words were very comforting and gave me courage to move on with donor eggs. Eventually, I had my lovely daughter thanks to him. He does have a magical touch with his embryo transfers. -NS

Dr. Kim has been taking care of me for many years, and I had 2 children thanks to his expert skills. All these years, he has been consistently forthcoming and always took time to explain what I was up against. He never sugarcoated my condition, yet gave me hope and insights. I have recently learned that Dr. Kim has relocated to Los Angeles. I was hoping he would do my embryo transfer again for my second child. After multiple failures with several doctors, I was ready to give up and look for adoption. Then I met Dr. Kim who made his magic happen for me to have my precious son. His kindness and reassuring support will be greatly missed. I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor. - JenG

He was kind and considerate.

Poor bedside manner. He couldn’t be bothered to follow up with me or provide any sympathy after any of my three losses. I wouldn’t go back to him

I saw this doctor once. I got dressed and left. He has a terrible bedside manner. He doesn't know how to talk to patients. Despicable.

The worst bedside manner ever. He basically told me I was broken and I had no chance of getting pregnant again. So I went to another doctor and a yr and a half later I have my baby! He was wrong. Very wrong.
