I had to get a tooth extracted. From consultation to extraction, everything was smooth. Pre-op & post-op instructions were very clear and communication was a breeze. Very pleased with Dr. Frawley and his whole team. Highly recommend.

I don’t do reviews very often but I was so impressed by this office I had to write. Dr Frawley was kind and gave me all the information I needed to have my tooth pulled. His office staff is fantastic. I was comfortable with them from the start. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Treated twice by Dr Frawley; 6 years ago and in January 2023. Both times I couldn’t ask for a better dental experience. Dr Frawley and staff were All very friendly, at tentative, and professional. Both procedures went very well and I would highly recommend him - 5 stars all the way! D.A.K.

WORST DENTIST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED I went to get my wisdom teeth out and Dr. Frawley had chipped my front teeth while under anesthesia hoping I wouldn’t notice. After not being very informed on the healing process, I went back when my wisdom teeth took over 11 weeks to heal only to be confronted with rude and inconsiderate hospitality from him and his assistant, making me feel like a burden for asking questions. He simply poked at the wisdom tooth site and told me it was 100% healed when it continued to change and heal after seeing him. Dr. Frawley continued to ask and seemed upset as to why I got a second opinion form another doctor. 10/10 would not recommend. Agree with previous review. The staff are not very courteous with assisting the customer. Dr. himself seems okay but staff needs to better their work attitude.

the office staff is very rude ,and extremely slow . expect 3x slower than everyone else , I was there twice and the only person there getting work done both times , and they claim their too busy , and here I am waiting over 5 months to get some teeth pulled

The office staff does not stay on top of paperwork or any communication with outside doctors. IMPOSSIBLE to get anywhere without them putting off their work and prolonging appointment setting.
