Excellent care given to my sun in his wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Faerber and staff made the procedure quick and relatively pain free. My son’s recovery was fast and easy with no swelling. I will definitely use Dr. Faerber for my other two children’s wisdom teeth removal.

STAY AWAY!! If I could give this practice 0 Stars I would!! I only went back to them for a tooth extraction because my previous experience several years ago was positive. Wow, their way of doing business absolutely couldn't be any WORSE! On the very morning that I was scheduled to have a tooth extracted rby Dr Faerber their office called and cancelled me without reason and with 1 hour notice!! NOTE: If I could delete my positive review from 2 years ago, I definitely would!!

My wife works during the day and was not told that She would have to be with my daughter for her appointment at the time She scheduled. The day of She wanted to send her with her grandmother and was told grandparents could not take her. I was off work and wanted to take her and they said no to that as well since I’m her step dad. So my wife had to take the afternoon off last minute to take her. They could have told her that when She scheduled to avoid the hassle. They waited 55 mins to be seen by the assistant and never saw the doctor. Appt was at 12:45. They arrived at 12:47. A woman came in after them with an appointment for 1:30 and was seen before them and only waited 15 mins. She finished her appt before they were even called back. They got called back at 1:40. When they finally got called back the assistant explained that it was going to cost $425 out of pocket for a mandatory CT scan that insurance would not cover. Again, this needed to be told to us up front as we have never been charged for this out of pocket by any other specialists given the cost of service we end up receiving. Given this My wife and daughter left an hour after we arrived without seeing the doctor. Absolutely terrible experience and customer service. Very unprofessional and lacking in transparency and communication. They were very adamant about my wife taking her herself, yet negligent in communicating fees or seeing us in a timely manner. Dr. Faerber and the entire staff were very friendly and informative. It was a QUICK and easy process - not how you'd expect a dental procedure to go. I would definitely recommend.

Friendly, professional, and caring. I will not go to any other oral surgeon besides Dr. Faerber. I had a bad time under anesthesia and he made the call to wrap up my surgery prematurely so that I could make it safely out. I had a tooth pulled last week and was very nervous about it as it was a tooth that had a root canal. They did a consult and explained the entire process. Dr Faerber removed a wisdom tooth that gave me considerable pain. The procedure was relatively painless due to the expert care in numbing and removing the tooth.

OMGosh I'm scared of shots from the dentist because of past experiences. The shots I had to get here were not bad at all!! The numbing took longer than the procedure!! If I need to do anything like this again I'll make sure to come here to get it done!! Everyone is extremely nice!! Great customer service!

I highly recommend Dr. Faerber and his team. I have TMJ and a connective tissue disorder, so I was rather nervous that I had to have a tooth extraction with bone grafting. Dr. Faerber was great! I had been experiencing a lot of pain and his office was able to quickly get me in to help ease the pain. I recently saw Dr. Faerber for a tooth extraction that had been weighing heavy on my mind. I can happily report that the entire procedure went beautifully and as it turned out I had no reason to worry. The front office staff, surgical team and Dr. Faerber were very welcoming and informing and extremely pleasant to be around. The Staff and Dr. Faerber explained each step and I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect. I have to tell everyone of you what a tremendous Dentist and staff that was with me today during the procedure of pulling my tooth. I lost a crown a year and a half ago and due to my low tolerance for pain I put it off until I no longer could. They explained EVERYTHING involved in what Dr Faerber was going to do. Again so afraid of the pain I had tears rolling down my face. Dr. Faerber deadened it and I "didn't feel a thing" (even didn't feel the shot as they used a topical to lessen the sting when he actually put in the needle) I would rate this experience a 10 versus a 5. Dr. Faerber and his staff are truly amazing. I had been scared to get my impacted wisdom teeth pulled out for many years. Thankfully, I came across Dr. Faerber who professionally made the whole process go by with minimal pain. The expectations and directions I received post surgery were exactly right, and his staff checked on me multiple times to make sure I was doing fine. In just one hour, Dr. Faerber pulled out 3 wisdom teeth and placed an implant. I had to have 4 teeth removed the first time i came to Dr.Faerbers' office a few years ago and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dentist office. I had an implant done by Dr. Faerber and couldn't have asked for a better experience. He and his staff were personable and professional and walked me through each step with compassion and care. Hesitant as this was my first implant but would (and likely will need to) do it again. Highly recommended him!

Everyone here is awesome! From the consultation to the surgeries, I was so impressed with each person I interacted with. I have braces on and I needed 4 teeth extracted due to crowding. I felt very cared for by the team at each step of the process. At the consultation appointment, they were up front and super helpful when it came to discussing insurance. We set an action plan for two follow up surgeries to have 2 teeth removed per surgery. When it came time for the appointments, I choose to do local anesthetic and I did not regret it one bit. Dr. Faerber and Felipe were both so kind and made sure I was comfortably numb before getting to work. Dr. Faerber extracted my teeth incredibly quick and I never felt any pain. I had a dental implant done in early January. Naturally I was a bit nervous going into it, but the surgery was a success and the recovery was fast. Not only the outcome was successful, the care I received was excellent. Dr. Faerber and his team always kept me informed on what was going to be done; and even during the surgery Dr. Faerber let me know what was about to happen and what I was about to feel almost every step of the way; that made me feel at ease. I had my top two pulled when I was younger and that was a very dramatic experience and this time around I wanted to be put under and Dr Faerber and his staff was just EXCELLENT! My surgical experience with Dr. Faerber began with the removal of a lower molar after the referral from my primary dentist, Patrick Lillis. At the time a crown was placed on this tooth seven years ago (by another dentist) I experienced facial nerve pain for an extended time and this was re-occuring. Since this had occurred, I was hesitant to have the procedure to remove this defective molar. Dr. Faerber and his professional staff allayed my concerns and the procedure was remarkably successful! No pain pills needed and the facial nerve pain, which Dr. Faerber suggested could have been referred from the defective root of the molar, disappeared. Ready for the implant and future crown. Dr Faerber is exceptionally skilled and used the utmost care when performing my tooth extraction. Since my tooth was deeply embedded, it required the skills of an exceptional surgeon and Dr Faerber is that! It was necessary for him to use general anesthesia in my case. I was cared for by his staff afterwards and I was treated with kindness and concern for my well being. I am healing very quickly and with little discomfort. Wow - it’s obvious Dr. Faerber has assembled an amazing team of positive, caring professionals here and I could not have been more impressed with the care I received. I had a molar pulled and a bone graft. Everything was top-notch, from my consultation to scheduling to setting expectations around cost, to the anesthesiologist, the surgery itself and follow-up. And the recovery has been super-smooth with no problems and no pain. I had really been dreading getting the tooth pulled, but after my experience at Faerber Surgical Arts, I’d give it a 5-star rating –“WOULD HAVE MY TOOTH PULLED AGAIN!!!”
