I have found Dr. Chen and his staff to be very efficient, responsive and competent. I trust his advice and judgement completely.

Dr Chen Saved my life, Hands down one of the Best in this state, I saw him in 2014 for Stage 4 Lymphoma, His staff was outstanding , He listened to my concerns, and addressed my issues.

My experience with this doctor was not good. I would NOT recommend him. His treatment options are limited in scope and his staff called to change 8 out of ten appointments I had scheduled. Find another doctor and do yourself a huge favor.

Elderly people in SCW should run as far and as fast away from this terrible doctor and his inept staff. He gave my 87 year old father an old school harsh chemo therapy agent that destroyed the time he had left. If that weren’t bad enough, my father started having shortness of breath and swelling in his extremities. He saw him that day but said we had to wait for Ins approval for the CT Scan (really?) and the blood work my father had done that day was never followed up on. Horrible doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Chen now for at least 5 years, and I can honestly say he is one of the best out there, I know, I went to 5 others trying to find one that cares, is knowledgeable takes the time to explain the best course of action, and he is hands down the best at getting what you need done or approved be it the insurance company or the lab, very seldom do you ever wait more than a few minutes for you appt. and he always makes the time to see you in a emergency, in my book he gets an A+.

The man does not explain anything.He gets angry if you ask questions. Acts as though he is too busy for you.
