Best oral surgeon you will ever have. Going to anyone else is a big mistake!

Great experience! I cannot say enough about this doctor. Very knowledgeable and confident but also takes the time to speak to you to make sure you understand the procedure and exactly what he's going to do. His staff is friendly, efficient and also very professional. i would highly recommend.

Everyone at this office was absolutely amazing! I had neglected getting dental work done for a very long time and let my wisdom teeth grow in and destroy the teeth in front of them. As a result I had 8 teeth that were beyond saving. They had started to cause a very bad infection and make me very sick. My regular dentist was very condescending about removing the teeth and just kept switching my antibiotics and pushing back my appointment despite me continuing to get extremely ill from the infection. After landing in the ER and being told that I've ran out of options for antibiotics I found Dr.Bowers office. They got me in the very same day I contacted them for my consultation and had me in for my procedure within the week. The entire staff was extremely understanding and kind. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable and was very professional about everything. Dr.Bowers himself was just amazing with explaining everything and asking for my input or if I had any concerns about the procedure. Even after it was done they called to make sure I was doing okay and healing up well. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this office! I can not stress enough how much it meant to be treated with such courtesy and kindness after being made to feel so terrible about my dental health by my regular dentist. The staff is great. Put me at ease.I had 2 teeth that broke at the gum last summer so it was some work to get them out. He talked to me the whole time, telling me what he was doing.. Called me layer that evening to ask how I was doing.

Don’t get a dry socket here; they don’t like to give pain medicine. Surgery went OK.

The office manager was so rude, impatient and unhelpful that I couldn't bring myself to make an appointment, I heard good things about the Doctor, but I have no time or patience for bad attitude.

Rude on the phone, had me on wait for 13 minutes and hung up on me at mid sentence. The lady that answer the phone was impatient while answering questions and apparently to condescending to repeat herself when I didn't understand her. basically his office staff is awful

Passive- aggressive and condescending office manage with a chip on her shoulder the size of china. Sadly, I didn't get to meet the doctor, but I heard he is a great, I just couldn't get pass the bad attitude of his office staff.

Excellent!!! Perfect work!!!

Dr.Bowers and his team was phenomenal! He invested the time to getting to know my daughter as his patient. He accommodated us on a Saturday and he is doing surgery for us on the holiday. This is one of the best doctors I have ever met. I have worked in dentistry for 15 years and I've never found a Doctor as engaged and compassionate as a Dr.Bowers. The staff & the Dr. are awesome people. Dr. Bowers is extremely thorough. He was the 2nd oral surgeon I had seen. The first surgeon wasn't thorough at all & I couldn't be happier that it didn't work out with the 1st one because I was able to have Dr. Bowers do my surgery. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent surgeon with a fantastic personality. The staff & the Dr. are awesome people. Dr. Bowers is extremely thorough. Dr Bower is the best Oral Surgeon around! Got my 4 wisdom teeth taken out yesterday and the procedure was super quick & painless. I have no pain, no swelling and no bruising. Went in nervous but left there feeling great! He talked me thru everything on the day of the consultation & explain to me all my options. Also, his staff is amazing, Jaime was awesome! Dr. Bowers is an OUTSTANDING oral surgeon! My family's first encounter with Dr. Bowers was back in 2001 when my youngest daughter Nicole had 6 baby teeth that did not come out like they should have. We were referred to Dr. Bowers. We went in for a consultation with Dr. Bowers, and right away, we knew he was the one! Dr. Bowers put our minds at ease. He was very knowledgeable, informative, kind, humorous, and understanding. After our meeting with him, we were very confident, pleased and assured about the procedure our daughter would be having. The surgery was a grueling 4 hours long. After the surgery was finished, Dr. Bowers continued to communicate with us regularly while Nicole recovered at home. He gave us a phone number that we could reach him personally if we needed him for any reason. We were recently at Dr. Bowers because Nicole needed more work done on her mouth that required an oral surgeon. You guessed it, yes we went back to our favorite and only oral surgeon, Dr. Bowers! He's still the same-FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!! His office staff and assistants are GREAT! They are very efficient and pleasant! It is an excellent atmosphere throughout Dr. Bowers's entire place! I am very nervous in going to any dentist. Dr. Thomas is a phenomenal dentist!!!! He is very caring and passionate. I try and tell everyone that I can about Dr. Thomas. He took care of my extractions, he has an awesome staff of workers that holds the same values as he does. You will not be sorry in choosing Dr. Bowers as your dentist!!!

Seriously.....THE BEST oral surgeon and staff. The top quality and care given over the years is the normal experience at this practice, they are just amazing.

Wonderful bedside manner like doctors had in the good old days when they took time to explain things slowly and answered all of your questions. Wonderful staff and comfortable office. Highly recommend. I feel very lucky to have him as my surgeon.
