Called to make an appointment and Jamie was very rude and inconsiderate I chose to go elsewhere. Not very helpful at all

He was phenomenal! I’d trust and recommend him any day! He’s very detailed and explains everything. He truly cares about you!

Simply the best neuro doctor one can ask for.

Took my pain away. Very detailed and informed me of all possible risks.

I worked for him & he is the best Neurosurgeon anyone will ever meet. Anyone would be lucky to have him operate on them. He may not have the best bedside manner but he's upfront & honest w/out sugar coating major details. Which is what is usually needed. He has performed more miracles on patients of different ages than any other doctor n his field could dream of. He is the best of the best!!! He's got the proof to show it. I have never seen Dr. Bertuccini however I did have to call their office today because I have erroneously received a bill for nearly $500 from his office according to the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health Systems. The billing agent informed me that the bill is for labs done by Dr. Bertuccini at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. The woman who answered the phone at Dr. Bertuccini’s office told me “no” when I asked if he was affiliated with that particular hospital. A quick Google search shows that he is, in fact a physician at that hospital. She was incredibly rude and did NOT seem interested in getting to the bottom of why I am recieving $500 bills for labs that I have not have done. When I asked her to see if I’m in their system, she came back and asked “Oh! You’re Dr. Hortons stepdaughter?” Ummmmm.... no. I have never heard of him. She then asked me who my mom is... Ummmm.... none of your business. Very strange! The entire encounter was ridiculous!! Simply the best in his field...

Dr Bertuccini did 3 surgeries on by back within 5 weeks even though my incision was infected and I had fever he continued to keep cutting me oepn in the same place.After the third surgery I got a staff infection which put be in hospital for 7 weeks. Dr Bertuccini saw this infection during the 3rd surgery and did a culture but did not tell me anything about it until a week later when the culture came back.
