I have had a lot of surgeries in my life, but this was one of the worst ever, surgery 1-13-2022. and still hurting!!

The follow up visit with Dr.Appleby after surgery was not good! I attempted to tell him about some serious problems that have d still not gone away, and I was totally ignored! The problems still there and I am still hurting! Terrible follow up after my surgery!

As a surgical nurse, I chose Dr Appleby for my husband because I found him to have great surgical skill, be kind, honest, intelligent and have integrity. All the qualities of a great doctor.

My Mom was referred to this office and is in a great deal of pain. For a new client they transferred me to an answering machine. I never got a call. Called 4 times, left messages. I waited 7 days and still didn't get the appointment! I will not wait for an appointment with an office with unacceptable office practice! Think of what their doctors are like!!! The most professional staff and Doctor I have ever come cross in 80 years of life. They are all magnificent

I have varicose veins on my leg I wanted removed and had been recommended to Dr. Appleby. I've been wearing compression stockings almost SIX MONTHS now (you have to wear them 3 months to get approved for insurance to pay). I've been given the runaround multiple times. I have yet to actually see the famous Dr. Appleby because he's been too busy to actually keep an appointment with me. I gave in and saw his PA a month ago. She was very nice and wanted me to get another ultrasound because she wasn't happy with the results from the first. My appointment is for tomorrow and I received four phone calls in a 2 hour span. They said their office was closing early and needed to reschedule. I'm self-employed and on my feet ALL day (hairstylist) and am very, very busy with clients. I scheduled my day to specifically make this appointment (while losing money in the process of working half a day). Do NOT go to this office. Whether they have too many clients or the receptionists do an awful job of scheduling, I don't know. It's very clear they do not need my business. If I could give less than one star I would. Absolutely the worst managed practice, from an administration standpoint, I've ever encountered. Hopefully their healthcare is better.

The team in place that schedules new patient consultations at Coastal VVC is not trained to be customer centric. I made an appointment for a consultation several weeks ago for varicose veins after finding it through DocFind. A receptionist called me last week & cancelled it because she said the Doctor would not be in that day. She then transferred me to a voice mail last Wednesady to reschedule. I left a message on Wednesday and called again on Friday & still have not heard back.
