Dr. Thien Tien Luu

We used Dr. Luu for our two children and now he has been Dr to our seven grandchildren. We highly recommend him he’s extremely thorough, knowledgeable and stays educated and up to date. If he can’t figure out what’s going on, he studies it till he does figure it out.

Dr.Luu is amazing. Not only amazing with his patients but also the parents. I had a concern about something small but it felt major to me. He listened to my concerns and developed an action plan to make my son better. His staff are even more caring and loving. They genuinely develop a relationship with the family. Not only are they loving, but they also want to help you in any way they can from developing a mom tribe to helping you save money. I would 1000 times over recommend Dr.Luu and his team. It’s even more comforting that more than half of the hospital staff in Clovis/Portales sing nothing but high praises for his office.

Rude staff and rude doctor. My child will not ever go back to this place and if I could give a 0 star review I definitely would after the experience I had today.

We love Dr. Luu but the receptionist and 95% of his staff are rude and do not care about you or your child. Im constantly cut off and treated like garbage when i call.

Every time I have called the clinic for questions about my baby Dr Luu has taken the time in that day to call me back or have time for me to come in the day of with my baby. The nurses and the doctor are very friendly and makes me feel welcome with my baby everything we visit!

Dr.Luu is great however the receptionist is rude. I changed my son to another pediatrician for that reason the staff is rude and makes you feel uncomfortable whether it’s checking in or even just something as little as booking an appointment through the phone her bad attitude is not made for that job.

We had our baby girl just days back, and decided to have her seen for her initial check-ups and exams, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Since the get go, it was a comfortable experience and everyone was informative, helpful, and kind. They even mentioned that they primarily schedule newborns and infants early in the day, to help keep more germs away from them. That’s just a level of thoughtfulness that go not go unnoticed. I miss this place the staff are friendly respectful the doctors are awesome and the places is very clean

I wish I could give him zero stars. If you want to be belittled, talked down to, and not listened to he’s your guy. He really is the worst doctor EVER!!! I will never take my child to him again. He is a JERK.

Dr Luu has been our pediatrician for all three of my kids . He is very caring and is very thorough in his work. I recommend him to anybody with little ones

He has taken care of all 3 of my kids and 5 grandchildren over 30 yrs my oldest grandson is 18 and don't want to leave he is a Wonderful Dr

He does not listen to his patients and for the amount of time it takes for him to see you he only spends a very small fraction of that time in the examine room. Last time I was there for nearly one and a half hours and only ten minutes of that time was spend examining my son and the office was NOT busy. Matter a fact we were one of two patients in the office. I would not recommend this doctor.
