Dr. Rudolph is amazing and I’m so glad I found him! He is absolutely the best in his field of work! He reminds me of how caring the physicians used to be! He is always kind and caring but most of all he listens and looks at the whole picture. I’m happy to wait for such amazing service. I have had surgery and he really did an amazing job!

I have now seen Dr. Rudolph 4 times in the last two years and felt compelled to write this review. He, and his team, have been nothing short of awesome! As a person who is prone to skin cancer, I feel very secure in his care and treatment, AND ALWAYS WITH A SMILE! Truly wish all doctors were like him. I can't recommend him enough!

Upset, my dr. sent referral on 7/29, appointment made for 10/1. Receptionist calls the end of September to say she needs to change my apppoint and the next available is 10/23, delaying another two and a half weeks. Took on second job, and called to reschedule 10/23 and delayed another month to Mid November, and no longer offers new patients afternoon appointsments. Stay away His practice has gotten so big, he and his cadre of staff can’t handle it They run an hour late at least and carry an attitude of too bad. Make another appointment if you have anything else to do. And they are rude about it too. If you ask to see the office manager, they say that’s the doctor. So good luck if you decide to go there. I would rather go to a doctor that cares about me, not one that sees us as another $$$$&

This is detailed review but I feel it is neccessary to get the point across. Several months ago, my son started getting hives, which soon became chronic. Because he is not insured, he went to Treasure Coast Communit y Health and was put on oral steroid which helped temporarily mask the hives. He went back for another steroid regimen once the hives returned. Once again the hives returned once he finished the steroid. Desperate for a solution, he decided to seek out a dermatologist. A family friend recommended Dr. Rudolph. Even during the pandemic, Dr. Rudolph was able to schedule an appoinment with my son within a few days. His office explained their social distancing regulations and adhered to them, asking patients to stay in their vehicles until they were prompted to come in to exam rooms. They required all patients to wear masks and took temperatures before being led to exam rooms. Dr. Rudolph was very caring and thorough. He prescribed a regimen of antihistimines, oral steroids and topical steroid which again helped temporarily but hives then returned once he finished with oral steroid. Again desperate and frustrated, my son went online to Facebook Neighborhood to seek suggestions on who he should go to in town for help with his problem. He mentioned he was currently being treated by Dr. Rudolph. Somehow, Dr. Rudolph's office got wind of my sons post on facebook and reached out to the only allergy specialist in town who then contacted my son first thing in the morning to schedule allergy testing. My son explained that he didn't have insurance and was told that payment arragements could be arranged. The allergist did a first series skin patch test to test for natural environmental exposure. He tested negative for all and was told he needed to schedule the next series of tests. Upon checkout, he was charged $700+ which would be split into payments of $270 each and to be paid in full within 30 days. He was floored that he only was given this short amount of time to pay for this testing, especially since his hours at work were cut due to the pandemic. He was also told he couldn't schedule any more testing until this was paid in full. He left the office feeling hopeless. A few days later, Dr. Rudolph's office called to follow up on his appoinment with the specialist and to confirm his upcoming apppointment. My son explained he would have to cancel his appointment because he could not afford to pay out any more money due to his bill at the allergy specialist. The person he spoke with said she would speak with Dr. Rudolph and that he would get back to my son to discuss this further. Later on in the day, Dr. Rudolph himself called my son to discuss his situation with the allergist. The doctor explained that he felt terrible Justin was charged this amount without insurance and without solution to the problem, especially since he referred him to this specialist. Dr. Rudolph insisted that Justin come back to his office so that he could perform the second series of tests himself at no charge ( we later learned that this second series averages $600). I decided to attend with my son during this visit and was blown away by the genuine compassion and caring Dr. Rudolph and his staff displayed. He took his time with my son and was thorough in explaining how this test works and instructions my son needed to follow and did not make us feel rushed like many doctors tend to do. When my son returned to the office for test results, again Dr. Rudolph greeted us with compassion and understanding. He identified several allergans including formaldehyde, latex and nickel. He explained and provided materials on how to reduce his exposure to these contaminents. Although these contaminents have been identified, it is almost impossible to avoid them completely. My son has to stay on a regimen of meds in order to keep these hives at bay but thanks to Dr. Rudolph, his condition is much more manageable. I spent years on the beach in the Florida sun. I need a good dermatologist. Dr. Ted Rudolph is "hands down" the absolute best dermatologist in town. I have been seeing him since shortly after he started his practice. here in Vero Beach. Dr. Rudolph walks into the room, looks you in the eyes with a smile on his face and his hand extended for a shake. He is extremely thorough, kind, and compassionate. It feels like you are his only patient when he is with you. He really listens to what you are saying. His staff have always been super nice. Vero Beach is very fortunate to have a doctor of his stature. I find it more and more rare to find a doctor that I truly like and respect anymore. Dr. Rudolph is one of those rare doctors that is just all round truly a good doctor.

Not an office you want to go to. Small and crowded. Long line. No order. Friends first.

DR. Rudolph has been my Derm for over 15 years. I am convinced his eagle eye saved my life.

He is very kind. His examinations are thorough. When he walks in the room he always has a smile on his face. He looks you in the eye and shakes your hand during his greeting. Dr. Rudolph rocks! He is a caring professional. I recommend him without reservation. He's the best doctor I have.

Waited 6 months for an appointment. Staff seemed stuck-up and rude. They did not even want to see my records from my previous doctor. Nurse barely looked at my while in-taking me and doctor was in there for maybe 10 minutes. I take my healthcare very seriously and they seemed to have more important patients. Did not really explain anything and was given the wrong medication. Have been trying to call to get the prescription changed and have not gotten call back in 4 days.

My previous dermatologist moved out of the area, so I decided to visit Dr. Rudolph for my annual skin exam after reading many positive reviews. He did a thorough exam, explained what he saw and found two spots that he biopsied. The results came back in a few days, negative for cancer. I appreciate his friendly, positive and professional manner and have confidence in his skills and judgement. His staff members are likewise friendly and professional. I will be returning in another year!
