This is the most pleasant doctors office. From checking in, to checking out, every staff member we encountered was friendly & treats you with kindness. I highly recommend this clinic for your eye health needs.

Guys dont ever consult this doctor she gave me wrong eye drops which will damage eye sight thank Allah I didn't used that drop much .

Poor and rush service and my glass feel tension when I look it

She ruin my right good eye and she never did followed up and I wouldn’t recommend her because I trusted her with my eyes.

Unscrupulous practices! I had a referral to go to this doctor for an eye exam. I was told I had to pay 879 dollars for the exam since my healthcare plan has a deductible. I told them my max out of pocket for the plan was only 675 dollars. the technician said "well 879 is the charge today". I walked out. When will these types of unscrupulous behaviors be stopped. Has a very nice and efficient receptionist who always answers the phone and gets me what I need. I'm not a patient, I just work for a healthcare agency, but it's good to know that whenever I ask for paperwork it is handled right away. Thank you!

Dr. Thach Thao did an cataract eye surgery on my dad and ended up causing a really bad eye infection and blinded his eye. This experience has been dreadful knowing that my dad will never see in one eye again. Would not definitely recommend anyone coming here for any eyes surgery. For those that had experience similar problems, share your reviews to warn others about this place. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same problem my dad went through. This is the worst eye doctor do not ever go there the dr. Told that I had cataracts and I went to another specialist and I didn't have cataracts so she misdiagnosed patient and over charging for lens and frames do yourself and your wallet a favor and go to different eye doctor I will never go there ever again

This is the worst eye clinic I've experienced. Had an emergency and this was the only place that took last minute appointments. That should of been a red flag for me. Checked in and waited for a few minutes.. a few minutes ended up being 45 mins to get behind the door. Then a series of tests which took another 30 minutes and still haven't seen the doctor. Finally when the doctor examined me I was being watched by the patients kids outside the door. No privacy. Not sure why the doctor couldn't close the door. My visit took a total of 2 hours and I didn't even get my eyes dialated. That was another trip I dreaded. Overall there is No professionalism. No privacy. Difficult to understand some of the employees. Chaotic office. Dark and dirty office. Worst experience ever. Will not return. This is the worst eye clinic I've experienced. In the 8 years I have been going to Dr. Thach, she has always been very professional. In the beginning, her staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and Dr. Thach was always helping them out which caused longer wait times. But now everything seems to run smoothly and I couldn't be happier with her and her staff. She also went out of her way to get me in to see a primary care physician even though he was not taking new patients. Thank you Dr. Thao Thach. Competent and helpful. The multinational staff can seem abrupt but always respectful.

Staff was very rude, one of the tech told my daughter to be quiet and don't ask her questions to ask the doctor. And she told me I need to sit down and when she walked out of the doctor she kept huffing and puffing like she didn't want to be at work. And during check out they wanted to upcharge me $50 for a lens that wasn't needed. Overall the staff was very rude and I will never visit this office again!!!

Most defiantly would not recommend. It took almost 3 hrs. I went to the restroom with my son they thought we left and gave the room to someone else. Then the dr. was looking at the wrong patient chart. It even has a pic of every person on thier chart and she still got it wrong. Then at the end they wanted to charge me $80 for the shadder proof lens when Medicaid pays for them. I just. Left and went to Wal-Mart eye center for the glasses. I will not be going back. My mother went to see this so-called doctor for glaucoma lens insertion. He was recommended by medicare and unfortunately it was a bad decision. He is even malicious in how he operates. First, His office is dirty, he purposely keeps the temperature cold during the winter and hot in the summer to save money on his bills. Secondly, he intentionally used an obsolete lens that most Ophthalmologists know have "shadow" problems and can distort vision. She had the surgery in January 2014 and her vision problems still persists. Thirdly, he only sends prescriptions to his friends or cohorts in order for them and himself to make money, not well known pharmacies. Lastly when confronted with these issues, instead of giving reasons or specialists we can talk to he gave my mother the number of the salesman for this type of lens. !! most other doctors have subsequently told us that that particular lens is now obsolete.
