Doctor Samuels provided treatment and eventually surgery for an ongoing problem for which I had seen numerous doctors. It was very frustrating when other doctors wouldn't listen. Dr. Samuels listened with patience, kindness and understanding. She ended over a year of suffering and I feel better than ever. I have never had such a positive experience with a doctor. I am forever grateful.

Do not see her if you are having any significant issue, especially with pelvic mesh. She wasted over a month of my time when I was having severe pain related to pelvic mesh. She was only interested in implanting another foreign object, an interstim. At last appointment, she blew me off. She does not remove pelvic mesh, no matter how bad you are hurting, but won't be honest about her ability. Instead of telling me she can't do it, she just quit seeing me without warning. Wouldn't even return phone calls.

I Would definitely recommend Dr Samuels. She listened to my complaints, asked me questions, took labs in her office while I waited and had a correct diagnosis within 15 minutes. Prescribed my meds and I got them from the pharmacy 2 hours later! I noted her admin and professionalism immediately!!! She is caring, empathetic and a good listener. The is a fabulous OBGYN doctor. So glad I found her!!!

I attempted to schedule a new patient appointment with Dr. Samuels after I saw her listed on the BioTE pellet implant page; however, when I called the phone number listed on the website, I received a message saying not to leave a message, which seemed pretty unprofessional. Then I called back and actually got through; however, the person answering the phone was driving and she said that the office is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and she forwards the office phone to her personal voicemail.

I was having symptoms so I made appointment with Dr. Samuels. First visit here. Had exam, doc prescribed tests, I had tests done, now waiting to hear back from office with results. Looked on patient portal to see if results were there...there were none; called office multiple times to have doc to call with results. Wasn't until one last try, the receptionist finally was able to hunt doctor down did I finally get results with some lame excuse why she had not called sooner (one month later)!!!!!

Dr. Samuels provided a supportive approach to discussing and treating me. After treatment, I am much improved.

Don’t waste your time or money by going to see this doctor. I had an appointment at 10:30 , didn’t get called in till 11:30. Dr didn’t even showed up till later and we she showed up sorry we lost your previous paper work, I told this is my fist time coming to see her. She didn’t do anything, no exams, told me a nurse will come and discuss my options. Really??? I paid the specialist for that!!! What a ripped off. If she has surgeries then don’t schedule clinic patients!!!

Does not work at all with your insurance and pushes unnecessary cosmetic procedures: vaginal rejuvenation and tummy tucks.

she was very professional and courteous . friendly and she listen to all i had to say. i felt her answers were very honest and heart felt.
