Had an extraction of all four wisdom teeth on a Friday... was given a pain med that didn’t work well so I went in the next day and they gave me something stronger.. great! 2 days later I was in sever pain. Knowing it was dry sockets, I went in to make sure it was by a professional.... before the doctor even looked into my mouth he just assumed I did and started to talk to me about drugs and how I can get addicted and how the DEA and trump was cracking on this stuff.. lol like what the heck?? I’m in pain, need to confirm if it’s dry socket or not... never once did I ask for pain med.. still had some left over at home!?! Awkward and made me super uncomfortable... i had to ask several times for him to check and confirm.. and guess what?! DRY SOCKET which he had to pack! I would give - stars if I could yuck I feel so violated the fact that I have to go in and get this removed makes me sick.. SO CREEPED OUT!! One start for the woman at the front desk......called yesterday and scheduled my appointment and was told 10:00 am when I got there she said oh it was at 9:50 and then rolled her eyes at me and said they would not be able to see me ( she had no people's skill and turned my mood off completely). However, I was there yesterday and the rest of the people were friendly. All I needed was my x-rays sent to my new dental office. First time they only sent PART of the record. I called to try to get the rest and was told that I needed to leave work earlier to sign the SAME form in order for them to give it to the new office. Mind you, they were the ones who made the mistake and didn't send all that was requested. I asked to speak to somebody else, the girl had a attitude saying "who do you want to talk to" then left me on hold for over 15 minutes......there is DEFINITELY a reason I'm leaving this place. Called to transfer my family here and was received by an oblivious, rude woman with a Latin accent who had no idea about military insurance and proceeded to reprimand me when I was upset that she didn't know anything about Tricare or Concordia. If someone does not understand military insurance in this town, that person should not be answering the phones, or even working there. She was condescending when I became upset, so not great customer service at the get go. I will not go here and I will not recommend this place to anyone!
