Sehr unfreundliche Angestellte!!! Überhaupt keine Einstellung auf einen Arzttermin bei akuter Erkrankung! Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen!

This butthead did an unnecessary surgery on me, then bare face lied to me about what he did and I have had chronic sinusitis ever since. Be forewarned because the odds of getting top notch work out of a second rate doctor are against you. If he brings up surgery in any way shape or form, get a second opinion.

I haven't met Dr. Ted Shen but their front office was kind to let me konw that they dont deal with turbinate transplants/implants or MSC injections to save my time. They were even more kind enough to share that checking university hospitals may be better option for Empty Nose Syndrome issues. How nice of them! That is something I call sincere and professional. I haven't met Dr. Ted Shen but their front office was kind to let me konw that they dont deal with turbinate transplants/implants or MSC injections to save my time. They were even more kind enough to share that checking university hospitals may be better option for Empty Nose Syndrome issues. How nice of them! That is something I call sincere and professional.

Abnoxious, insulting and doesn’t listen.

His goal is to recommend surgery and he isn't a good surgeon. He is also dishonest and incompetent making things worse in the long run for minor short term gains. ALWAYS get a second opinion from another Dr. if this man recommends surgery.

45-minute-operation solved 70-year-disease for my mother. FINALLY her fistula was removed! No more infection! She feels like a NEW person! Dr. Shen is definitely the top notch in this field!

This doctor is completely careless and all. He didn’t listen me to finish my words. His receptionist hang up on me. I asked his opinion he told me to decide on myself. Since my exam cost quiet bit money, I asked him if I need to do it. When I see him he said you don’t need, but if you think you want to you can. Terrible service. Especially the nurses have a very bad attitude. It is not recommended to come here.

Dr. Shen and staff were amazing. He explains everything and makes you feel comfortable with your treatment plan. You can feel that your in good days the moment you enter the office with the staff and than most importantly when you meet Dr. Shen. Happy that i visited and had the procedure done by him.

This doctor was condescending and dismissive from the start. Telling me that the problem is in my brain not my ears, even though I told Jim I've had pressure, a ringing and clogged feeling in my ear for many months. And though my hearing test showed hearing loss, he said I should try my best to ignore the discomfort. Later diagnosed with a disease by a reputable ENT in Burbank.

I had heard good things about him so I thought he may have been a good choice for a reliable ENT. I couldn’t have been more wrong!! This man has the character of a lying slimy coward and shouldn’t be trusted to trim a dogs toenails. The real ENT in this area is Dr Steven Battaglia. Mr Shen is as useless as wet toilet paper and will try to get you into surgery asap so he can make as much money as possible. Aside from his incompetence as a surgeon, he is also a lying little pipsquike and would be more suited to work as a janitor cleaning toilets where the worst he could do is to screw up on a toilet instead of your face. Be forewarned and seek out the real ENT so as not to be a victim of Bozo Shen!!

Not good. He only see me for 3 min. And said no problem. Go home. I paid $60 for co pay and did not get anything and he did not even solve the problem. Still dizzy all the time . So rude and cold person. Bad bad person. Never go to him. Just want my money.

Dr. Shen did not listen carefully to my concerns at all. He told me I had the stomach flu when I described my typical reactions to antibiotics. He told me "adults never have ear infections" which is not true information. He spent most of the visit providing a kindergarten level description of the anatomy of the sinuses in a very patronizing manner. He was unable to listen to my explanation of my professional education and training which would explain why I don't need the basic lecture. He was not helpful in any way. Dr. Shen is fantastic. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable and explains everything in great detail. The best ENT doctor I have ever seen!

Great doctor, LOUSY wait times. Almost an hour wait PAST my husband's scheduled appointment with no apology or explanation given and THEN another long wait just to see the doctor. A total of 90 minutes spent there with only a fraction of that time spent with the doctor. Not acceptable.

I don't know if he is in a hurry, he just lacerated my palate to let the pus come out. I did not use the word " incise" because it's the medical term. What he did was barbaric . no bed side manner , doesn't even utter a word. I bet if that was his relative , he could have said at least " hello" ..

Ignored serious possibly fatal signs on a 1-2 minute exam. My friend ended up in the hospital the next day. Very serious and he ignore. My friend can die because of his doing. I don't like leaving bad reviews but if you care about your health, stay away from this fraud.

This doctor quickly and effectively helped me with a sinus issue. His recommendations were solid, and prescribed the optimal medication to cure me.

Doc saved my life. Removed cancerous tumor from my salivary gland. It’s hard to notice.

My Husband (the Patient) and I highly recommend Dr. Shen. We called his office needing help with an accident my husband had. Dr. Shen was very helpful to us and took a lot of time explaining his treatment. Dr. Shen is one in a million best and caring Doctor.

At first, we got off to a bumpy start He may not be the easiest person to get a long with at first, but i will give him credit where credit is due. My surgery went well, he was attentive post op and he was great at explaining my problem to me and the risks and benefits of the surgery. His staff is nice and his office was clean. He took time to answer all my questions and went over my prognosis again to refresh my memory. I would recommend him, but I'd give caution. He's definitely the boss.

Incredibly rrogant and condescending. I experienced a singular event that instantly damaged my left ear causing chronic tinnitus. He dismissed my story and told me that the two things were unrelated. He was barely took the time to speak with me, told me there was nothing that could be done, yet had me in for a follow up visit, told nothing again and again billed my insurance, but good both times. Subsequent visits to other ENT's confirmed that the incident was likely the cause of my tinnitus.

I went to see doctor Ted because I was suffering earaches. He prescribed Rx for 3 times a day for 3 days. The Rx help the aches. He then recommend a Tympanoplasty after conservative measures. I visited 4 times ranging about 3 to 4 months apart. On last visit he mentioned that the eardrum hole size went from 40 % to 50%, so he said in order to avoid water goes into eardrum, he recommended silicone ear plug. I asked what he can do. He mentioned the risks. Meaning that he needs to remove one of my eardrum and place a manmade one instead of performing a small suture. He recommended audiogram.. hearing result ok. I wouldn't take this risk although I face the fact mid ear drum welcoming water stay inside and create bacterias. But he said after Tympanoplasty, partial facial tissues will paralyze, may also damage 3 major hearing nerves, worse to worst, I will not hear and will be permanently deaf. I seek doctor for help not for further damage. May be I am sensitive at recommendation, but I wish to see best outcome from a professional. I wouldn't recommend him. HORRIBLE person. Dr. Shen seems like he has a personality disorder -- he completely lacks empathy and is cold, rude, and abrupt to his patients. He was unprofessional during my visit (talking about me outside the exam room with several nurses) I would rather go to a doctor with lesser credentials but a bigger heart.

Saw me same day with no wait and spent a lot of time with me discussing my issues. Genuine, caring and knowledgeable. It was like the doctors of yesteryear!
