My experience with her and the facility was great. She listened and went above and beyond to call me back about her concern for my child.

I love Dr. Hofmekler. She focuses on my daughter and seeks to understand her to be able to help her appropriately. She is human and treat my daughter as if her own.

Dr Hofmekler was very patient and answered all the questions I had. It was a great experience!

She was great with my 4 month old and so patient with me and answered all of my questions.

Always listens and answers all questions without rushing. Gentle Dr that cares for her patients.

Great bedside manner..... talked to my 16yo daughter in terms she could understand. Dr Hofmekler gave her hope to find out wht is wrong with her

We have been going to Dr. Hofmekler since my son was first dismissed from the NICU after birth for little to no interest in feeding. She and her Nurse Christina are the most personal medical team and I am so happy that they are the ones we scheduled our first appointment with over those 4 years ago. They are always just a phone call or email away and so helpful in every way! The other doctors, nutritionists and workers in the practice have also been a pleasure. You cannot go wrong with GI Care for Kids, but especially with Dr. Hofmekler and Nurse Christina! Dr Hofmekler was an amazing doctor who took lots of time to assess my daughter and discover what is going on with her eating habits and to try out certain things before going the route of painful testing. Her ability to make me feel like she cares about my daughter and its.not just another patient was amazing. I highly recommend her.

She is great with kids and very smart. I have never had a doctor print me out a personalized plan for my child until I met her. Save time and just choose her for your doctor.

She is a wonderful doctor, my son was a patient of hets is he is doing extremely well because of her. I really love her she is the best!

Took my daughter to Dr Hofmekler and was very happy. She was very attentive, asked lots of questions to both me and my daughter directly who is 8. She was gentle and kind. She listed 2 main issues she felt could be an issue...gave examples of why. Went with a conservative treatment at first which was spot on. For followup appt we discussed the current success, a short term plan and a long term. She was thorough and gave lots of info and answered all our questions. My daughter liked her alot.
