It takes forever to get an appointment with Dr Dubrovsky, but she is well worth the wait. The front office staff was friendly and efficient. The Medical Assistant was great. The facility was clean and upbeat. The staff has theme days every day and it was a great vibe in the office. We waited over an hour to see Dr. Dubrovsky, but after our visit we understand why. She spent over an hour with us and listened to all of our concerns. She asked a lot of questions to make sure she understood my child's issues and she talked through the possible treatment options. She directed her questions to my child and made sure she felt heard and that she truly understood what my child was feeling. She empathized with my child's pain and gave great bedside manner. The only down side to such a great doctor is that it is difficult to get a follow up appointment in a timely manner. But again, she is worth the wait. 10/10 recommend her. My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Dubrovsky since we first noticed she needed care in 2015. I must say this is a great doctor. She is very knowledgeable and she listens to your concerns. My daughter has been seizure free for over a year and it's all because of the care at this office. I love the doctor's at Joe Di Maggio.

Dr. Dubrovsky is amazing! I love that she is straight to the point and does not recommend anything that isn't needed. She was very direct and worked well with my son. The front desk office staff was great. They were very courteous and nice. Alexander and I shared some good laughs during check in. The office itself was very clean. Everyone at this location is great!

My son has been going to this office for over 1 year, maybe 2. We saw Dr. Tatyana Dubrovsky on the first visit and never again. She seemed very nice, attentive and patient throughout our visit. However we never were attended by her for the rest of our visits. We were always attended by the nurse practitioner who always seems kind of unsure, aloof, or even insecure in her own ability, of what steps to take for my sons medical concerns. The appointments are always the same, "look at the light" "lift your arms" "walk in a straight line". Always exactly the same and seems very redundant, but hey, I am not the doctor here. To top it off, its extremely difficult to get an appointment here. You have to wait months sometimes before you can schedule. So needless to say, its infuriating when you schedule an appointment, request time off of work, to find out that the nurse practitioner is sick. This happened TWO TIMES in a row. with appointments months apart. I understand people get sick, but my son has not been seen since the school year started. And now, they wont refill his medication because he hasn't been seen for a follow up. Are you serious? When I explained this to the receptionist or person that called me today, she was just like "well nothing I can do, this is the doctors orders." Can you be attentive, or proactive, or even remotely customer service oriented and tell me how you can help me? Maybe bring these concerns to the doctor? Very disappointed in the service here by the staff AND the nurse practitioner. I will be searching for a new facility to take my son to, maybe one that has more interest in his well being. Very knowledgeable, formal, punctual and empathic. She gave us all the necessary time to understand my child’s case, and used common language to explain what is going on. Our first appointment went great with her.

She's a good doctor but I moved to Orlando 3 years ago and I have requested medical records at least 3 times per year and I'm still waiting on them. Not to mention the times that his doctor has requested as well.

Very good Doctor, She was very professional she listened so that I could explain everything I was feeling. Told me what to do if something were to happen again. Totally recommend. ????????

Dr. Dubrovsky is a wonderful doctor. Very sweet and caring with my daughter. I highly recommend for anyone.

Dr. Dubrovsky is a wonderful doctor who cares about you patients. She spend time getting to know the patient and parents. Also, she answers every concern a parent might have. This is a doctor who is straight forward and doesn't do un-necessary testing to just take your money. Usually kids hate going to the doctor, but my daughter just love her. Anytime I have a question or need a refill, I am able to get a hold of her or staff.

I had seen this Dr for about 9 years, from the age of 10-19. She had been a wonderful dr, and very great as far as taking care of me. She made fully sure that my parents understood everything, and she answered all my questions. I've recommended friends to her before, and have heard positive feedback. She has a bit of a strong russian accent, but she was well spoken and easy to understand. She had a demeanor that put me at ease as a child, and assisted in properly taking care of me.

Dr. Dubrosky viewed my child's first MRI and followed-up with her four months later. She straight to the point, no business type of doctor. She ask you a question, give her an answer, don't beat around the bush type of person. I wanted answers regarding my child's future and she told she doesn't judge the future of a child by their MRI. I didn't need anything further and knew her tough approach was right where my child and family needed to be.
